Vi söker en strategisk och engagerad Lead UX-designer för ett långsiktigt konsultuppdrag inom kollektivtrafiken i Göteborg. Uppdraget pågår från 1 maj 2025 till 30 april 2027 och utförs på heltid. Om rollen: I det här uppdraget kliver du in i en ledande roll inom programmet Framtidens biljettköp, där du ansvarar för att driva och samordna UX-arbetet i ett omfattande digitalt transformationsinitiativ. Du blir en nyckelperson i utvecklingen av nya gränssnitt och tjänster för både resenärer och kundnära personal. Arbetet sker i nära samarbete med produktägare, tjänstedesigners, UX-designers i produktteam samt utvecklare. Arbetsuppgifter: Leda och driva det övergripande UX-arbetet inom programmet Framtidens biljettköp Samordna behovsanalys och prioritera insatser tillsammans med produktägare och andra designroller Designa, planera och genomföra studier för att samla kundinsikter Utveckla och testa flöden och prototyper iterativt utifrån insikter och behov Förbereda, genomföra och analysera användningstester för att kvalitetssäkra lösningar Delta i lösningsframtagning tillsammans med UX-designers Leda och medverka i workshops med interna och externa intressenter Om dig: Du är en erfaren UX-ledare med vana att driva designprocesser från strategi till testade lösningar. Du har ett stort engagemang för att skapa användarvänliga och tillgängliga digitala tjänster, gärna inom offentlig sektor eller kollektivtrafik. Erfarenhet och kompetens: Minst 5 års erfarenhet av UX-arbete inom större projekt med komplexa flöden Dokumenterad erfarenhet av att driva UX-processer från idé till färdig lösning Erfarenhet från kollektivtrafikbranschen Eftergymnasial utbildning inom UX/Service design eller liknande Goda kunskaper i Figma, Miro och Adobe XD Erfarenhet av både kvalitativ och kvantitativ datainsamling Stark kompetens inom användbarhetsanalys och digital tillgänglighet Erfarenhet av ledande roller inom UX i projekt som omfattar både teknik och försäljning Är du redo för denna utmaning?
