Utbildning eller erfarenhet inom ledarskap, arbetsmiljö och mindre projektledning inom tillverkande industri Starka ledaregenskaper med förmåga att hantera grupper och konflikter på ett konstruktivt sätt. Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift. Goda kunskaper i effektiv produktion och logistik, inklusive LEAN-metodik och förmåga att rapportera avvikelser enligt gällande instruktioner. Tidigare erfarenhet av digitala verktyg såsom till exempel Officepaketet, PowerBI, och ERP-system för att optimera produktionsflödet.
