Your background - Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field. - Proven experience in a leadership role within the HVDC industry or similar high-tech manufacturing environment. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure. - Long experience in electrical installations and commissioning is preferred. - Professional Swedish language skills are required.
