This is your chance to make a difference”- Björn Stenberg, Cybersecurity Operations Manager at HVDC How you’ll make an impact Lead the planning, execution, and closing of cybersecurity activities, including but not limited to security incident response, customer dialogue in relation to requirements for Cybersecurity and standards, vulnerability management, risk assessments, and operational security process improvements. Execute project activities according to base time schedule and targets. Define resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders across various technical disciplines. Manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and reporting on key milestones and risks to Project Directors and management. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans and escalating critical concerns as necessary Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members, vendors, and internal and external stakeholders. Your background As a Project Manager you are structured, open-minded and communicative. Proven working experience in relevant field e.g. within HVDC Project Management, Cybersecurity, or similar. Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or have equivalent work experience. As you will be part of a company that operates on a global arena, fluency in English is required. Swedish is strongly preferable for collaboration with local stakeholders. Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and verbal. You are a curious person with the drive to challenge yourself and the organization for continuous development in both short and long term.
