Strong understanding of incident management, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance. Ability to coach, train, and support managers and employees in HSE topics. Confidence in working with data, dashboards, and digital HSE systems (PowerBI, Intelex or similar). Structured, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities. Fluent in English; Swedish is a strong merit.
