Möjligheten  Nu söker vi en beredare som kommer att ingå i affärsenheten Hitachi Energy Cooling Systems i Landskrona. Vi har ett globalt ansvar för utveckling och tillverkning av kylsystem för högspänningsapplikationer som kräver vattenkylningssystem med hög tillförlitlighet och tillgänglighet. Våra kylsystem bidrar till en säker och pålitlig drift där kunden och miljön står i fokus. Produkterna är både projektbaserade och serietillverkade. De största är cirka 5*3*3 m/15 ton och de minsta är cirka 20 kg. Affärsenheten i Landskrona består idag av engagerade medarbetare med målet att växa ytterligare de kommande åren. Hur du kommer att påverka I rollen som beredare kommer du vara med och driva kontinuerliga förbättringsprojekt inom beredning och planering. I rollen kommer du att samarbeta nära med produktion och konstruktion och andra interna funktioner för att driva förbättringar och hitta kostnadseffektiva lösningar Du kommer att vara involverad i förberedelser av nya produkter och revisioner. Du kommer att stödja organisationen i ett LEAN-tänk. Din bakgrund Vi söker dig som har en ingenjörsexamen eller likvärdig arbetslivserfarenhet. Du är teknisk kunnig och har erfarenhet inom produktion, produktionsstyrning, kvalitetssystem och LEAN. Mycket goda kunskaper i ritningsläsning meriterande med CAD. Du har tidigare erfarenhet av affärssystem vi ser det meriterande med SAP. Du behärskar det svenska och engelska språket väl och kan lätt uttrycka dig i både tal och skrift. Du är en driven och analytisk person som arbetar målinriktat. Som en lagspelare samarbetar du med andra enheter. Du är stresstålig, håller deadlines och ser möjligheter.
