If you have experience working with electric substation equipment (i.e. IED, RTU, SCADA, Communications, etc.), recent technical sales and/or client-facing experience presenting electric substation equipment solutions, this is highly preferred. Being familiar with Operations & Maintenance practices of electric substation equipment and substation construction is expected of you. To be successful in this position we see that you have experience negotiating long term substation service contracts, or other contracts that could be seen as equal. Möjligheten Vi söker nu en produktionsledare till Surge Arresters. På Surge Arresters i Ludvika producerar och säljer vi ventilavledare. Nya produkter utvecklas här och marknaderna finns både i Sverige och i andra delar av världen. En avledare skyddar mot överspänningar och är en väsentlig del i ett tillförlitligt och energieffektivt kraftsystem. Surge Arresters har en hög grad av automation med flertalet robotar, automationsprocesser, el-provning, processugnar, fixturer etc. och vi producerar dygnet runt i flera avsnitt i produktionen. Samt bidra till att rätt förutsättningar finns för produktionslinan att efterfölja företagets prioriterade arbetsgång (Säkerhet, Kvalitét, Leveransprecision, Produktivitet) Du kommer att aktivt delta i ett av de största investeringsprojekten i Surge Arresters historia, vilket innebär ett ökat ansvar till att bidra genom hela processen samt efter projektet slut för att säkerställa tillverkningsprocessen och bemanningen. Säkerställa och följa upp arbetet av en god arbetsmiljö, både ur fysisk och psykiskt perspektiv och avseende. Hantering av grupputveckling och konflikter för att främja ett positivt arbetsklimat. Skapa förutsättningar och driva arbetet med kontinuerlig utveckling av medarbetarna. Implementering av LEAN-principer för kontinuerlig förbättring av produktionsprocesserna. Din bakgrund Du har tidgare erfarenhet från en ledande position med personalansvar. Meriterande med erfarenhet inom tillverkande industri. Du har industriteknisk utbildning alternativt motsvarande arbetslivserfarenhet. God kunskap om säkerhets-, kvalitets- och effektivtetsarbete i tillverkningsindustrin Förmåga att leda team mot uppsatta mål och ständiga förbättringar. Användning av digitala verktyg såsom Officepaketet, PowerBI, och ERP-system för att optimera produktionsflödet. Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift. Som person är du driven och engagerad, du har en stark vilja att förbättra och en förmåga att motivera andra för att bygga ett framgångsrikt team. Samtidigt är du kvalitets- och resultatfokuserad. Du är öppen och har en god kommunikationsförmåga samt är strukturerad och analytiskt.
