I denna roll kommer du att ingå i ett litet HSE-team som är dedikerat till att stödja och driva HSE området för siten i en global organisation. Som HSE-specialist kommer ditt huvudsakliga ansvar vara att arbeta med och driva områdena hälsa, arbetsmiljö, säkerhet och miljö, såväl som daglig hantering av fastighetsrelaterade uppgifter i vår användning av våra kontor, produktion och testlabb. Din roll har särskilt fokus på miljö, energi, kemikalier och Seveso-relaterade frågor. Huvudfokus för HSE-stödet är mot ledningsgrupp, linjefunktioner och processer. Stödja och coacha ansvariga chefer och linjefunktioner om hur man ska agera och vad man ska göra Följa upp mål inom HSE, rapportering av status och vad som behöver göras Analysera HSE krav, incidentutredningar och revisionsresultat på en övergripande nivå för att se mönster, grundorsaker, risker och trender inom organisationen Leverera värdeskapande förslag, möjligheter till förbättringar och bästa praxis Utbilda, coacha och stötta organisationen inom hälsa, arbetsmiljö, säkerhet och miljöfrågor Ge assistans och stöd till externa och interna revisionsteam. Utföra eller stödja interna revisioner av ledningssystem mot kraven i ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 och ISO 50001:2018. Leda/bistå vid utförandet av riskbedömningar, utredningar av faror och tillbud. Driva och utföra fastighetsrelaterade uppgifter och aktiviteter på daglig basis Koordinera tvärfunktionellt samarbete inom HSE området Din bakgrund Vi värdesätter din personlighet högt och ser att du har ett positivt, strukturerat, flexibelt, drivande och proaktivt tänkesätt Du har gedigen kommunikations- och påverkansförmåga för att möta och bygga förtroende med människor på olika organisationsnivåer Då du kommer att ingå i en internationell miljö är både svenska och engelska ett måste, både i tal och skrift. Du har en kandidat- eller masterexamen, gärna inom hälsa och säkerhet, miljö, hållbarhet eller närliggande område.
