Strategic & Delivery Leadership Leading the delivery of digital product creation solutions, 3D design tools, and connected creation workflows, ensuring seamless integration across design, buying, and production. Translate tech strategy and business objectives into actionable plans and take overall accountability for RUN and Tech Operations within the area. Monitor and report technical KPIs such as uptime, compliance, and support. Lead proactive risk management, including incident handling and mitigation planning. Drive innovation, simplification, and reduction of technical debt. Engage internal teams and external partners to support aligned and timely delivery. People & Culture Lead and develop engineering talent, coaching leaders and enabling technical and delivery excellence. Cultivate a culture of innovation, collaboration, and psychological safety. WHAT YOU’LL DO Are you experienced within governance, risk and compliance and motivated by working in a complex, global environment? This role offers a unique opportunity to play a key part in strengthening how the H&M Group works with risk management and internal control across the organisation. In this role, you will work across Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), driving a structured, consistent and business-relevant approach to risk management and internal control. You will combine hands-on execution with actively challenging and developing existing ways of working, contributing to continuous improvement across the Group. You will partner closely with senior stakeholders, supporting leadership teams in identifying risks, strengthening controls, and driving accountability. The role also includes contributing to broader governance topics and leading initiatives or projects within your area when relevant.
