Front of House / Workplace Host/ID Center Administrator As Front of House, you act as the heart of the workplace and play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming, and service‑oriented environment for customers, colleagues, and visitors. You are the first point of contact and ensure a positive workplace experience through professional, personal, and high‑quality service. In this role, you support reception and workplace services by welcoming visitors, answering phone calls, assisting with visitor needs, and handling administrative and service‑related tasks. Together with the workplace team, you are responsible for the client's premises and ensure they are well maintained, organized, and presented to a high standard. You work proactively with customers, colleagues, and suppliers to continuously improve the workplace experience. Tasks and Responsibilities Responsible for the daily operation of the ID Center, including producing ID cards for employees, contractors, and visitors, providing direct customer support, answering phone calls and emails, maintaining guidelines and documentation, and ensuring order in access and key systems such as Assa Performer and key boxes. Perform general reception duties including welcoming internal and external visitors, responding to inquiries from tenants and employees, creating visitor and temporary access cards, managing parking administration, and acting as an information point within the building. Handle mail and parcel distribution, support property‑related services, and carry out preventive rounds and supervision of conference rooms and shared workplace areas. Manage administration and reporting in work order systems, work with ATW (Authority to Work) and PTW (Permission to Work), order services from suppliers when required, and ensure purchasing processes are followed. Maintain ongoing contact with customers and suppliers, participate actively in continuous improvement initiatives, keep routine reports and manuals up to date, and support signage, office supplies, fault reporting, and basic maintenance coordination when needed.
