About the role The Orders team plays an integral role in our organization. The team is currently made up of four experienced engineers, with the support of an Engineering Manager, a Product Manager, and a Staff Engineer. Om rollen I rollen som Team Manager i Helsingborg kommer ditt fokus att vara på våra medarbetare som varje dag arbetar för att sortera och leverera våra paket. Du kommer att ha personalansvar som bland annat innebär uppföljning av KPI:er och medarbetarnas kompetensutveckling. Rollen är både operativ och strategisk för att driften av terminalen ska fungera optimalt. Dina arbetsuppgifter kommer bland annat att innefatta: Personalansvar samt kompetensutveckling och medarbetarsamtal. Schemaläggning och bemanningsplanering. Säkerställa så att verksamheten fortskrider utan hinder genom att noggrant se till så att gods kommer in och ut ur terminalen enligt tidtabell. Kontinuerligt följa upp, utvärdera och förbättra processer och kvalitet. Stöd till övriga funktioner som verksamheten kräver.
