Are you an experienced engineer with a passion for electrical system testing and analysis? We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analysis Engineer or equivalent to join our client's team. If you have a background in Mechanical, Electrical, Data Science, or similar fields, and possess in-depth expertise in Electrical Machine (EM), Electrical Machine + Inverter (ED), and Electrical Machine, Inverter & Transmission (EDU) testing, analysis, and development, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Build up knowledge in analyzing and testing Electrical Machine, Inverter, and Transmission systems in rig environments.

- Collaborate with the CAE team to define overall measurement position layouts.

- Update and develop test code for EM/ED/EDU testing.

- Define requirements for future measurement systems.

- Evaluate data from EM/ED/EDU testing.

- Define testing requirements based on high-level EM/ED/EDU specifications.

- Support the R&D analysis team with practical and theoretical expertise in testing and analyzing test data.

- Focus on the automation of data analysis flows, including development and maintenance of evaluation applications.

Requirements:

- M.Sc. in Mechanical, Electrical, Data Science, or related fields.

- Extensive applied work experience in electrical machine, inverter, and transmission testing and analysis.

- Strong personal skills include coaching, leadership, teamwork, and organizational abilities.

- Ability to perform tasks independently and push the team towards achieving goals.

- Proficiency in developing and implementing testing methodologies.

- Experience with data analysis and evaluation tools.

- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Time Frame:

- Approximately 40% of the workweek is spread out over the course of a year.

- Higher workload during start-up and testing phases (spring and autumn), with on-location presence required.

- Lower workload during the summer and closer to Christmas, with no on-location presence required.
