The products are based on international standards to the highest quality and at competitive prices.This position will be based in our offices in Torsås, Sweden reporting to VD of the company with a dotted line to the Group Sales Director. Position will require regular traveling in Sweden as well as rest of Europe to meet customers and colleagues in other Hagens Group companies.Our customers are within Automotive, Agriculture, Health and Industry with focus on make to order.Your main responsibilities as Senior Sales ManagerYou will act as the main point of contact for new and existing customers within your dedicated area of responsibility. You will develop and build relationships with key strategic customers and take the time to review and understand customer insights, pain points and opportunities to grow the business, while making the experience for the customer as seamless as possible. Experience from our industry is not imperative but you must have interest in technical products and how they fit in the overall product cycle.You will also Build and develop relationships with existing and new customers ensuring they understand the full suite of products from Hagens Systems and other Hagens Group sites. Handle customer requests which include price calculations, co-ordinate with our technical teams to ensure relevant and up to date solutions to specific customer requirements. Be responsible for your own customer portfolio ensuring relevant follow up as well as identifying new opportunities. Be responsible for your own budget according to the company budget. Besides existing customers, you will be responsible for developing a relevant and comprehensive pipeline of new projects/customers. Drive pricing questions with customers ensuring maximum profitability for Hagens Group. Leverage our systems to access and analyze customer data to determine pain points, drive improvement, improve communications, and overall customer experience. Be an important player in the Hagens Group journey from local to ONE Hagens Commercial Team. Educate yourself and stay up to date of industry trends, educational opportunities, and conferences to improve job knowledge. Perform other duties and special projects as required. Actively participate in providing a safe and harmonious working environment for all employees. Skills and Experience needed Minimum 10 years related work experience. Capable of balancing multiple priorities or projects simultaneously. Good technical understanding and interest in complex technical solutions. Proficient in English and potentially more languages.
