Om rollenSom elsäkerhetsansvarig tar du ett helhetsansvar för företagets el- och telesystem, samtidigt som du bidrar till utvecklingen av hållbara energilösningar. Du blir företagets elanläggningsansvarige och en nyckelperson i att säkerställa att våra installationer och fastigheter uppfyller både tekniska och juridiska krav. Genom omvärldsbevakning och strategisk planering driver du utvecklingsförslag som stärker våra långsiktiga mål. I denna roll arbetar du nära projektteamet och är delaktig i allt från planering till slutbesiktning i byggnadsprojekt, där din sakkunskap säkerställer kvalitativa och energieffektiva lösningar. Med ansvar för våra tekniska anvisningar och standarder inom el, tele, hiss och solceller har du en avgörande roll i att forma framtidens fastigheter. Du deltar i tekniska rådet och fungerar som stöd till kollegor och projektgrupper inom allt som rör el och tele, vilket gör dig till en viktig resurs för hela organisationen. Typiska arbetsuppgifter: Ansvara för elsäkerhet, egenkontrollprogram och tekniska anvisningar för el, tele, hiss och solceller. Ansvar för avtal samt se till att nödvändig dokumentation, rutiner och processer uppdateras och kommuniceras. Stötta vid byggnationer genom granskning av handlingar och installationssamordning. Följa upp entreprenörers arbete, säkerställa kvalitativa installationer samt närvara vid besiktningar. Vara delaktig vid planering och installationer för laddning av fordon. Anskaffa externa resurser om den egna kapaciteten inte räcker till i projekten samt samordna och informera dessa konsulter om Mimers krav. Följa upp medarbetarnas utbildning inom el-området inklusive företagets nyanställdas utbildningsbehov. Bidra till framtidens energilösningar, som fordonsladdning och energieffektiva installationer. Vem söker vi? Du har en relevant eftergymnasial utbildning. Du har minst fem års erfarenhet av arbete som elanläggningsansvarig alternativt elinstallatör. Du har auktorisation för elinstallationsarbeten A alternativt AL. Du innehar goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift. Du har B-körkort. Du besitter goda kunskaper i Officepaketet. Erfarenhet från fastighetsbranschen är starkt meriterande.
