Ditt uppdrag Som produktionstekniker hos Epiroc har du en nyckelroll i att utveckla och förbättra våra tillverkningsprocesser. I arbetsuppgifterna ingår bland annat att: * Utveckla och implementera tekniska lösningar för att optimera produktionen. * Skapa och uppdatera instruktioner och stöd för våra operatörer. * Analysera produktionsdata för att identifiera förbättringsmöjligheter. * Stötta produktionsledningen med teknisk expertis vid förändringar i processer eller rutiner. * Delta i förbättringsprojekt och säkerställa att tekniska förändringar genomförs framgångsrikt. Rollen innebär breda kontaktytor både internt, med exempelvis operatörer och andra tekniker, och externt med leverantörer och samarbetspartners. Du är en viktig del av vårt arbete med att ständigt utveckla och förbättra verksamheten. Din profil Vi söker dig som har en eftergymnasial teknisk utbildning, exempelvis inom automation, maskinteknik eller produktionsteknik. Erfarenhet av arbete inom tillverkande industri är meriterande, men vi värdesätter också rätt inställning och viljan att lära. Refractory Lead As a Refractory Lead you'll oversee all refractory activities in the Meltshop area, including but not limited to EAF, LMF, RH, and Caster. This role involves managing day-to-day refractory operations, ensuring that refractory processes and equipment function efficiently and safely. As a Refractory Lead you'll support the Refractory Manager in implementing operations aligned with production goals, maintenance schedules, and cost optimization. Responsibilities: Execute refractory operations, including troubleshooting and repair in EAF and Caster area. Implement work procedures to ensure proper refractory installation to assist operations. Support the Refractory Manager in coordinating maintenance and training activities. Ensure adherence to refractory safety standards and regulations, conduct risk assessments and implement corrective measures as needed. Maintain inventory of refractories and adjust as needed to meet operations demand. Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to ensure the team adheres to operational standards and procedures. Collaborate with other departments, including production and automation teams, to align maintenance activities with operational needs. Contribute to effective team communication and collaboration in a multicultural work environment. Interact with vendors and contractors, ordering parts and materials when needed. Maintain a safe environment, assist production and quality goals and lower refractory cost. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Significant experience in heavy industry, preferable in steel industry. Hands-on experience with refractory installation and repair. Proven experience in leading teams and driving results Strong knowledge of safety protocols in heavy industrial environments. Familiar with different kinds of refractories. Skilled in executing refractory installations with precision and efficiency. Strong leadership and team management skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills in a multicultural work setting Ability to read blueprints Personality traits: We're looking for you who has the ability to quickly identify, analyze, and resolve issues in operations and equipment. Process engineer As process engineer at H2 Green steel you play a crucial role in optimizing and overseeing various stages of steel production to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety. Your responsibilities encompass a range of tasks, including analyzing production processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance overall performance. You as process engineer collaborate with various departments within the steel mill, such as metallurgy, maintenance, and operations, to streamline production workflows. They monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement preventive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize production output. We are looking for Process engineers forthe following areas: EAF, Hot Mill, Cold Mill & Galv line. Responsibilities: Support the Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality programs. Work with the production managerin developing training programs to support employee integrity, competence and to ensure an effective Quality Management System. Monitor the departmental organization and responsible for change management. Ensure policies, procedures and all activities are carried out to support goals and objectives. Ensure departmental operations and facilities are well maintained to support integrity of assets. Work with Leadership Team to develop and maintain an operating budget for the department which satisfies business goals. Qualifications: Relevant engineering degree or proven experience. Demonstrated safety focus and willingness to proactively apply it in a team environment Quality and detail oriented with superior problem solving and communication skills Highly motivated, self-directed, hands-on approach, and willing to put in extra hours or on-call support Significant experience in the process area of application. Familiarity with SMS equipment. Startup and/or greenfield experience.
