About the RoleAs the only UX writer in our Design & User Experience team, you'll have the unique opportunity of shaping the role and applying your expertise across different departments. You will be a part of ateam consisting of curious and ambitious Designers who love to bounce ideas off one another and are all dedicated to creating solutions that meet both business goals and user needs. Your ability to work in a collaborative environment that means jumping into an existing product process is just as important as your UX writing skills. You'll team up with designers, developers, testers, and product owners, assuming responsibility for crafting and implementing our copy strategy.The company operates at a high pace, and new things are happening all the time! Hence, it's important that you are driven and can adapt to changing conditions but are also ready to argue your case. We want to build a team that works well together, so personal chemistry and the desire to develop something really great is highly valued. Your role will involve: Being a part of developing the Auction platform of the future Crafting and implementing our copy strategy Writing intuitive and converting copy for internal and external digital products Iterate copy based on insights and user needs Creating necessary documentation for the creation of copy as a design system Collaborating with Designers, Developers and Product Owners to share knowledge and craft amazing user experiences About YouYou have several years of experience in similar work and, of course, a strong belief in the importance of the written word for the final product. Taking responsibility comes naturally to you, and you know how to balance professional work behavior with having fun at the office. You’re a native English speaker You have at least a couple of years of experience as a UX writer You always strive to create world-class user experiences You have knowledge of software development cycles and agile working You have a good understanding for modularization of copy You understand wireframes and have basic Figma skills What we offerA pleasant workplace in modern premises in central Lund right by the train station. We are looking for a Lead Content Designer to create exciting and long-lasting emotional impact for our users in all in-product experiences. As a lead content designer you will be working in partnership with design, marketing and technology and be responsible for hands on driving and executing the content that supports our digital products. This role is located at our HQ in Stockholm.Job Summary: Working with another senior content designer, you will be responsible for the content created for all in-product experiences. Day to day you will oversee the creation of processes, and ensure quality and governance of content, as well as being involved in working with product teams to create required content. You will be expected to lead, mentor and help your teammates, as well as ensuring the content design craft is represented outwardly - by working alongside key stakeholders to grow the profile of content and encourage cross-team collaboration.Responsibilities: Determine overall strategy for in-product content throughout all touchpoints and product experiences Ensure alignment of strategy with Brand & Marketing stakeholders and counterparts Oversee the creation of process and ensure quality and governance of content Participate in the production of content, e. g research, concepting, UI copy, microcopy, onboarding, tutorials, user flows, error handling, CTAs, style guides, accessibility, localization, in line with the domain’s or product team's strategy and roadmap Identify strategic solutions ahead of the current known roadmap by collaborating with product designers on product visioning through prototyping and storytelling Work across teams, coordinate requests from multiple teams and align work between teams as well as proactively find opportunities within multiple teams Establish systems and processes that will support the democratization of writing, and ensures a consistent tone of voice across the whole epidemic platform Requirements: Great communicator and storyteller, experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with various stakeholders Trusted mentor to more junior team members, as well as confident educator to stakeholders Proven track record of delivering and measuring impact of content within a product organization Experience in creating tone of voice guidance and content strategy Excellent collaboration with UX design teams and inspiring content workshops skills Preferred Qualifications/ Bonus Skills: Experience working in a complex, fast-moving product organization Having worked with or towards B2B/Enterprise Experience with a global customer base across multiple languages Experience of process mapping and defining new process Equal Opportunity Employer:We believe that bringing people together from different backgrounds, experiences and perspectives makes for a healthy workplace, a more successful business and a better world.
