Vara del av produktionens ledningsgrupp där du bidrar i bland annat strategiarbete, både för hela produktion och dina avsnitt. Säkerställa en säker arbetsplats tillsammans med din grupp. Ansvara för att leveransplanen följs och att vi med rätt kvalitet levererar enligt kundens förväntningar. Utöver det arbete du gör med dina anställda kommer du att ha många kontakter inom Components och med andra enheter inom Hitachi Energy samt med leverantörer och kunder. Din bakgrund Du har tidigare ledarerfarenhet med personalansvar alternativt så har du kompetens från ledarskap i större projekt. Relevant akademisk utbildning är meriterande. God förståelse för industri och tidigare erfarenhet från produktionsmiljö. Som ledare är du driven, har en stark vilja att förbättra och förmåga att motivera andra för att bygga ett framgångsrikt team. Du är kvalitets- och resultatfokuserad. Har god kommunikationsförmåga samt är strukturerad och analytisk. Flytande i svenska och engelska, både tal och skrift.
