Your Background You are engaged, structured, and have a strong ability to identify and understand logical flows and interdependencies. You hold a university degree or a vocational qualification (YH/KY) in production planning, industrial engineering, or a related field — or have equivalent work experience in similar roles. You have excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, enabling effective collaboration across teams. Prior experience in a similar role is highly beneficial. Proficiency in planning tools and MS Office, particularly Excel, is required. Familiarity with Lean Production principles and methodologies is considered an advantage. You will have the opportunity to work in a global company, with a variation of different projects and be a part of a great team that aims to find the best possible solutions for our customers.  If you are passionate about technology and eager to contribute to the future of energy, as a part of the monitoring team you will optimize control and protection for the customer interface and contribute to driving the digitalization of transformers and reactors.  Your role will involve leveraging advanced technologies and traditional control systems to innovative solutions to enhance the infrastructure of these critical components. By integrating state-of-the-art monitoring systems, you will ensure that transformers and reactors operate at peak efficiency.
