 What you will do:
Play the role of the professional problem-solver for one of the most innovative tech companies
Utilize phone calls, e-mails and chats in order to identify, analyze and resolve issues of a commercial or technical nature
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner, offering expert advice on the use of a range of electronic devices and home appliances
Follow up with a thorough needs’ assessment and inform customers about ongoing campaigns
Turn every customer into a happy customer!

What you will bring:
Fluency in Swedish
Very good use of English – both in written and spoken language
An intense interest and knowledge in all aspects of tech is a prerequisite
Work experience with a focus on technical support/troubleshooting will be considered an asset
Highly developed communication skills
A genuine problem-solving mentality and a deep sense of ownership
Learning agility and adaptability
A positive and adventurous attitude
