DevOps Engineer  Right now, we are looking for Software Developers with a DevOps focus for our Digital team. In this role you will report to our Digital Domain Manager and sit within our Digital function. The team is responsible for building and maintaining the digital foundation that powers our operations—from infrastructure and architecture to software delivery and automation. Responsibilities: Write production-ready code as part of a cross-functional development team Lead the DevOps work in your team, including CI/CD, infrastructure and automation Design and manage secure, scalable cloud environments (AWS, Azure) Implement monitoring, logging and observability solutions Collaborate with developers, architects and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions Promote best practices in DevOps and help enable fast, secure, and reliable software delivery Support a mix of cloud-native and on-premise systems tailored for industrial use In this role, you’ll be part of a modern, cloud-native environment where infrastructure is code, and automation is key. Information Security Manager As the Information Security Manager you will oversee the implementation of security requirements and capabilities across Stegra’s digital and operational technology (OT) environments. This includes creating directives, performing threat modeling and risk assessments, defining architectural guidelines, and supporting mitigation efforts. You will also be responsible for building internal security competence through training and leadership, ensuring our teams have the skills needed to maintain robust security measures. In this role, you will work cross-functionally, collaborating with diverse teams across the organization. Responsibilities: Leadership & Strategy Align the organization’s information security strategy with business goals and evolving risks. Lead efforts to secure digital and OT environments, supporting transformation initiatives. Provide guidance to production and manufacturing teams on information and cyber-related matters. Policy Development & Compliance Develop, update, and enforce security policies, directives, and requirements. Ensure compliance with frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR. Conduct assessments to verify adherence to policies and regulatory requirements. Maintain internal control over financial processes in line with auditing standards. Network Engineer Are you ready to take the lead in designing and operating future-proof digital networks? As a Network Engineer at Stegra, you’ll be part of the Digital Site Services team, responsible for delivering secure and reliable infrastructure that supports the digital foundation of our greenfield plant in Boden. You will design, implement, and manage Software Defined Networks and ensure stable and resilient connectivity across the entire site. Your work will directly contribute to productivity, safety, and sustainability by enabling seamless communication between people, systems, and machines. You’ll work closely with both internal teams and external vendors, engage with stakeholders to understand real business needs, and play a central role in developing best-in-class network operations. Responsibilities: Network Design & Operations • Design, deploy, and maintain Software Defined Networks with full redundancy. • Configure and manage core network layers, including routers, switches, firewalls, and management systems. • Ensure high-performance, secure, and reliable connectivity across all systems and devices. Monitoring & Maintenance • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime. • Define and implement processes for proactive maintenance and secure operations. • Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure network architecture aligns with business needs. Stakeholder Engagement & Documentation • Engage with key stakeholders to understand and prioritize connectivity requirements. • Document network processes and share best practices to ensure knowledge transfer and operational excellence. • Support and mentor colleagues to strengthen the team’s technical capabilities. Security & Compliance • Apply cybersecurity best practices in network design and operations. • Support threat monitoring and mitigation efforts within the infrastructure. • Work in accordance with NOC principles and ensure secure access and authentication processes. Hands-on experience with network management systems (e.g. Cisco Catalyst Center). Experience in Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible. Responsibilities: As Infrastructure Engineer, you will: Oversee the deployment, commissioning, and configuration of digital infrastructure, including both hardware and software. Configure and operate physical servers, storage, backup systems, datacenter support functions, as well as virtualization environments (both on-premises and in the cloud). Work closely with team members and vendors to design digital infrastructure and implement best practices. Define operational processes for monitoring and maintaining infrastructure, ensuring secure, efficient, and reliable operations. Develop plans for maintenance and support to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, prioritize infrastructure requirements, and ensure a safe and robust platform while improving productivity, safety, and sustainability in the factory. Create and document best practices, and mentor team members to foster growth and improve infrastructure operations. Participate in an on-call rotation together with other team members to support the 24/7 operation of critical infrastructure. A University degree or equivalent experience, Bachelor or Master’s in Engineering or Computer Science. Expertise with administration of Linux and Windows based systems. Several years of relevant experience in modern datacenter operations. Hands-on experience with configuring and managing virtualization environments such as VMware / Nutanix. Hands-on experience in Infrastructure provisioning and configuration management via infrastructure as code (IaC) – Ansible / Terraform. Experience with Active Directory and Users management systems. Experience with performance monitoring and troubleshooting for hosts, servers, databases, virtual machines, containers. Good knowledge of networks and network protocols. Experience with Data Backup solutions. Knowledge of Cybersecurity best practices, and experience in analyzing possible threats and vulnerabilities, embedding security standards, monitoring adherence to them, and implementing disaster recovery plans. Bonus points for: Experience with OT infrastructure such as Historians, HMI, Scada, Edge gateways. Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for Containers management, deployment and scaling. Experience with AWS services configuration and management. Experience in writing scripts with at least one scripting language — such as Python, Java, JavaScript, etc. Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies, and with Continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) platforms. Cost Controller Analyst We are looking for a Cost Controller Analyst to support our industrial project delivery by ensuring accurate cost allocation, supplier communication, and robust invoice verification across multiple EPCM partners. This role is key to securing financial integrity and timely payments while improving collaboration across vendors, contract managers, and internal teams. You'll play a central role in streamlining processes, ensuring transparency, and enabling effective financial tracking and cost control across the project.Key Responsibilities: Review and verify man-hours, travel expenses, and other reimbursable submitted by EPCM contractors such as McDermott, IDOM, Fluor, and others. Ensure proper documentation and correct calculations for payment approvals, using ACC and in collaboration with scope owners and contract managers. Coordinate the review and processing of owner’s cost invoices, ensuring correct cost center allocation and compliance with Stegra’s procedures. Communicate with suppliers regarding rejected invoices and coordinate the correction process, including credit note requests and follow-ups. Develop and maintain a historical cost allocation record to facilitate the creation of accruals and track all project CAPEX payments accurately. Conduct weekly audits and reviews with the Accounts Payable team to monitor progress and resolve delays. Act as the liaison between Accounts Payable and Cost Control teams, supporting data flow and system updates in NetSuite. Take initiative in improving internal processes and reporting systems. Qualifications: Background in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related technical field. Strong experience in cost tracking, invoice review, or project accounting in an industrial or EPCM setting. Excellent attention to detail with a structured and process-driven mindset. Confident communicator with experience managing external suppliers and internal stakeholders. Familiarity with systems like ACC and NetSuite is an advantage.
