Role and responsibilities Manage and maintain test equipment, lab infrastructure, and test objects. Plan, coordinate, and execute lab and field testing of our sensor in our lab and on vehicle. Ensure proper calibration, setup, and functionality of test systems. Develop and implement test plans, procedures, and protocols for validating performance in controlled and real-world environments. Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting, ensuring comprehensive evaluation of sensor behavior. Collaborate with test engineers, validation teams, hardware and software developers to ensure seamless testing operations. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues encountered during testing and provide feedback to development teams. Maintain documentation of test procedures, results, and modifications for traceability and continuous improvement. About you Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field. Experience in designing and developing test setups and test evaluation environments. 3+ years of experience in lab management, automotive testing, or validation of sensor systems. Strong knowledge of vehicle sensor technology and automotive testing methods. Hands-on experience with vehicle instrumentation, sensor calibration, and test object management. Familiarity with testing tools, automation frameworks, and data analysis software (Python, MATLAB, CANoe, etc.). Experience in environmental and durability testing for automotive sensors. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Strong communication and documentation skills.
