Du kommer tillhöra det nordiska kundserviceteamet inom funktionen Sales Operations och utgå från ESSVE:s fina lokaler i Kista. Teamet sitter utspritt i Norden men jobbar tätt tillsammans via Teams. Detta är ett konsultuppdrag med start omgående fram till 28de augusti. Du blir anställd av oss på The Place och arbetar ute hos kunden. Arbetsuppgifter I rollen som kundservicemedarbetare på ESSVE kommer du bland annat att: Hantera inkommande ärenden via mejl, telefon och CRM system. Svara på produktfrågor, informera om kampanjer och nyheter. Hantera ordrar, beställningar, returer och reklamationer. Felsöka i systemet, hjälpa till med korrigeringar och fakturafrågor. Lägga upp nya kunder, uppdatera information och sköta registervård. Stötta säljare med prisuppgifter och produktinformation. Vidarebefordra frågor till rätt avdelning. Erfarenhet För att trivas i rollen som kundservicemedarbetare på ESSVE ser vi att du har: Minst två års erfarenhet från en likande roll. Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift. Mycket goda kunskaper i Officepaketet och i Excel. Meriterande om du har tidigare erfarenhet ifrån byggbranschen. Vem är du?
