About the role As Business Tech Manager – Enterprise Architecture, you will be responsible for developing and leading our Enterprise Architecture function. Together with the business, Business Tech, and our partners, you will create a clear direction for how technology, processes, and information should evolve to support Kappahl Group’s goals and strategy. You have a holistic view of both business and technology and help the organization make long-term, sustainable decisions regarding systems, platforms, integrations, information management, security, and emerging technologies such as AI. At the same time, you will lead and develop the Enterprise Architecture team, creating the conditions for collaboration, quality, and progress. What you will do Ensure that architecture principles, standards, and guidelines are applied consistently across the organization. Define and maintain a long-term target architecture for our application and technology landscape. Lead and develop Kappahl Group’s Enterprise Architecture function. Lead architecture decision forums. Contribute to Kappahl Group’s overall technology strategy and direction. Act as a strategic partner to the business on matters related to digitalization and technology development. Drive initiatives within areas such as AI, information security, integration, and modern platforms. Develop and strengthen partnerships with vendors and external partners. Actively contribute to the Business Tech Leadership Team and cross-functional forums. We believe you have Several years of experience in leadership roles within IT, technology, or Enterprise Architecture. Experience driving organizational change and large-scale transformation initiatives. The ability to translate business needs into sustainable technology solutions. A strong understanding of modern platforms and technologies, preferably within the Microsoft ecosystem. Experience in working with an EA-tool. Knowledge in areas such as information security, integration, and AI. Experience building relationships, creating alignment, and leading in complex environments. About the Role You will join a large industrial ERP transformation where Order-to-Cash is a critical process area for external sales in a global manufacturing environment. Job DescriptionYou will represent and safeguard the O2C process within the program, with focus on external sales across key product areas. You will drive collaboration across program streams and with the Service Integrator to secure seamless end-to-end process integration across multiple business areas. You will align the O2C process with intercompany and intracompany needs, while ensuring consistency with adjacent ERP processes. You will support Business Process Owners and related stakeholders in establishing process documentation, governance, and global templates. You will steer design decisions toward business objectives, target architecture, scalability, and industry best practices. You will identify, communicate, and escalate business impacts when current processes need to align with industry standard processes. Requirements8+ years documented experience relevant to business architecture and SAP S/4HANA O2C. Documented experience within the Order-to-Delivery domain in a manufacturing environment. Solid understanding of sales, delivery including export, and invoicing processes. Significant experience as a Business Architect in complex and global environments. Experience with process documentation and BPMN tools; ARIS is used. Experience working across an end-to-end ERP landscape that includes SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft Dynamics 365. Fluent English, both written and spoken. Nice to haveExperience from the automotive industry. Experience working with complex, specification-based products. Experience from multiple ERP implementation projects.
