Mät- och exploateringsenheten söker en engagerad, samarbetsvillig och driven kollega. Hos oss får du en nyckelroll i att utveckla en smartare samhällsbyggnadsprocess.  Du blir en del av ett kompetent och engagerat team som arbetar med adressättning och namnsättning av gator och vägar, framtagande av grundkartor till detaljplaner, kontakter med Lantmäteriet och hantering av fastighetsrättsliga frågor, framtagning av fastighetsägarförteckningar , hantering och utveckling av kommunens geodata i samverkan med andra myndigheter. Du kommer även att arbeta nära specialister såsom detaljplanehandläggare, externa kunder och olika typer av projekt. Det är en varierad och utvecklande roll där du får möjlighet att påverka och bidra till att utveckla Eksjö kommun i framtiden. Vi söker dig som är driven, strukturerad och lösningsorienterad, har lätt för att samarbeta och kommunicera, har erfarenhet av geodata, GIS, fastighetsjuridik och samhällsbyggnadsfrågor, är van vid att arbeta i geografiska informationssystem (GIS), har kunskap och förståelse om samhällsbyggnadsprocessen, har erfarenhet av fastighetsutredningar och fastighetsägarförteckningar. Vi lägger stor vikt på dina personliga egenskaper. KVALIFIKATIONER Högskole- eller civilingenjör alternativt arbetslivserfarenhet inom området som bedöms likvärdigt. GIS-kunskaper, kompetens inom samhällsbyggnadsprocessen, databashantering samt hantera gis-programvaror. Urval och intervjuer kommer ske löpande under ansökningstiden. Scope of work In the role as a CAD & GIS Designer at Njord Survey, you will handling spatial information in various file formats. Both as products in chart production and databases as well as in planning. You will be working with several different departments in the company depending on projects, both as a supporting role as well as a lead in certain project related tasks. At Njord Survey , all data processing is office-based, no offshore work is applicable for this position. Who we are looking for We are reaching out to you who has either a certification or work related experience in geospatial data management in both CAD & GIS mainly. You are a fast learner and a team player with a flexible mindset. Others would describe you as someone who is interested in developing new ideas and takes initiative to make sure to get things done. You enjoy working both independently as well as in a team. The role suits someone who is used to work their way around a computer environment, have skills in data management and is good at learning new software quickly. Requirements: Has either certificates or work related experience managing geospatial information in both CAD and GIS. An understanding of coordinate systems, map projections and transformations. Professional proficiency level in English (organizational language) Available to work from the Gothenburg office EU citizenship Merits (not mandatory): Has knowledge or preferably experience in managing and creating GIS database. Preferably experience with creating charts.
