Are you ready to embark on the Voiage with us? YOUR MISSION AT VOIFor the position as a Fleet Specialist, you'll mainly focus on mechanical work and you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our vehicles. This means keeping our scooters in top shape and provide strong support to our team on the ground. Although focus will be on maintenance and repairs, we do expect you to be able to support our In Field team if needed. Here are some exciting tasks awaiting you: Diagnosing and repairing broken vehicles Recycling and dismantling vehicles that cannot be repaired Redistributing vehicles from low-demand to high-demand areas and correcting improper parking Locating and collecting vehicles in need of transportation back to the warehouse Performing battery swap tasks in the city streets Ensuring the safe and compliant deployment of our vehicles and continuously gathering in-field insights to enhance vehicle availability, parking, and rider safety JOB CONDITIONS Working times: Full time, rotating shifts including weekends Contract type: Fixed term Start date: Ongoing, flexible NOTE: our Talent Acquisition is based in Sweden, you will receive a phone call from a Swedish number (+46).
