As Operational Risk Analytics Specialist, you will combine internal operational signals with external developments to create risk forecasts and practical mitigation recommendations. The role offers broad contact across Operations Karlskrona and an opportunity to support resilient cable production for the green transition.   Convert risk signals into resilient operational planning Within Operation Analytics, you will identify, assess and forecast risks across production, testing, supply chain, workforce planning and equipment. Your work will connect operational information with developments in geopolitics, energy markets, industrial policy and regional labour markets. You will prepare scenarios and decision material that help the organisation respond proactively to possible disruptions. Your responsibility will be to: Identify operational risks across the full value chain Produce risk forecasts covering 2–6 weeks and 12–36 months Translate external trends and early signals into risk scenarios Recommend risk reduction, redundancy and resilience measures Deliver weekly risk indicators and quarterly risk reports The position is based in Karlskrona, Sweden, and works closely with QHSE, Planning, Engineering and Finance. Critical risks will be communicated directly to Operations Karlskrona management. As Production Performance Analytics Specialist, you will analyse operational data, identify bottlenecks and forecast disruptions before they affect output, quality or operational stability. Arbetsbeskrivning About the Role As a Senior AML Analyst at Froda, you will play a key role at the heart of our AML operations, focusing on complex and high-risk cases across customer and partner portfolios. A central part of the assignment is Partner Due Diligence, where you evaluate, monitor, and quality-assure distribution partners across various products and markets in Europe. You are expected to work with a high degree of independence, bring structure to ambiguity, and set the standard for how Froda manages financial crime risk as the company scales. Your main responsibilities will include: Conducting due diligence, ongoing monitoring, and quality reviews of distribution partners. Serving as the escalation point for complex and high-risk cases, making well-reasoned, risk-based decisions. Running QA controls and sampling across CDD, EDD, ODD, screening, and transaction monitoring. Preparing and compiling SAR/STR reports for reporting to the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU). Continuously improving internal AML processes, control measures, and operational routines based on risk assessments (BWRA) and regulatory changes. Providing subject-matter expertise for transaction monitoring rules, CRR model calibration, screening tools, and the broader AML/CTF and sanctions framework. Ansvarsområden Requirements Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in AML/CTF, financial crime prevention, or compliance within a regulated financial institution or consultancy. Methodology & Regulatory Knowledge: Solid experience with CDD, EDD, and complex risk assessments involving PEP/RCA, UBO structures, and sanctions. Industry Experience: Experience working across European markets. A background in partner or third-party AML risk assessments within BaaS (Banking-as-a-Service), platforms, or embedded finance is highly preferred.
