RF Engineer

Do you want to be part of creating history in Swedish Space Industry? In the near future we will launch satellites from Esrange outside of Kiruna in the North of Sweden. Now there is a unique opportunity for you to join the establishment and operation of the orbital launch capability as well as partake in our testbed activities. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES As an RF Engineer, you will be responsible for the development, integration, and upkeep of RF systems utilized in spaceport services and as a launch service provider. Your role will involve designing, testing, and refining various components of radio frequency systems, including antennas, transmitters, receivers, and amplifiers. Additionally, you'll utilize modeling and simulation techniques to forecast the performance of RF systems in real-world environments. Example of work tasks: • Testing and debugging: perform tests and troubleshooting procedures to identify and resolve issues in the RF system. • Collaborating with other teams: work closely with other engineers, including electrical, mechanical, and software engineers, to ensure that RF systems are integrated and function properly. • Analyzing data and providing recommendations: analyze test data and provide recommendations for improving the performance and reliability of RF systems. • Staying up to date with new technologies: keep abreast of advancements in RF technology and incorporate these new technologies into the work • Providing technical support: RF engineers provide technical support to customers and other team members to ensure that RF systems operate correctly and efficiently. • Operational and maintenance management of RF systems WHO YOU ARE Join us if you are customer and solution-focused with a proactive mindset. Ground Safety Engineer

Now there is a unique opportunity for you to be part of the operation of the new rocket motor test sites.   YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES   As a Ground Safety Engineer, you will be part of our safety and operations team. You will handle ground safety in all aspects, with a focus on the rocket engine test stands where rocket engine tests are being conducted daily. You will be involved in the test activities and develop a deep knowledge of rocket engine operations and different test procedures. Together with our customer and the rest of the department you will establish and maintain routines for all hazardous activities.    PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE   To enjoy the role as Ground Safety Engineer, we believe you have a master’s degree in a technical field or equivalent and can understand complex processes. You are an experienced engineer, extra merit with experience from working in the industry with similar roles such as Safety Engineer or Process Engineer with knowledge of Swedish safety & health and other legislations. You have experience and have work with process risk assessment, quality and safety. You will deal with pressurized systems, chemical systems, cryogenic systems, hazardous materials and explosive systems, analyzing and documenting new systems and procedures. You have professional proficiency in English and strong organizational and communication skills.
