Exempel på dessa är utveckling av PID (Personal Identification Data) & LPID (Legal Personal Identification Data), ny webklient för Ansökan och Utfärdande av identitetshandlingar som Polismyndighetens handläggare på servicekontoren använder samt utveckling vid utlandsmyndigheter. Sektionen ansvarar för att utveckla egna anpassade lösningar relaterat till Polisens arbete med att utfärda tjänster och produktioner inom området identitetshantering. Uppdraget innebär att som medlem i utvecklingsteamet ska bidra till gruppens mål och utvecklingsarbete samt säkerställa att dess leveranser håller en hög kvalité. Rollen som Kravanalytiker innefattar ansvar för att analysera och dokumentera krav för systemutveckling. Konsulten kommer ingå i ett tvärfunktionellt agilt arbetsteam under ledning av en uppdragsledare. Rollen innebär att arbeta i nära samarbete med intressenter, utvecklingsteam samt uppdragsledare att säkerställa att lösningarna uppfyller affärsbehov och tekniska specifikationer. Vidare innebär arbetet deltagande i design- och utvecklingsmöten för att förtydliga krav och ge teknisk vägledning. Utöver arbete med nyutveckling kan det även bli aktuellt att arbeta med vidmakthållande, livcykelhantering och i viss mån nyutveckling av mindre funktioner vilka kan vara kopplade till förordningar och lagkrav. Då arbetet sker enligt moderna agila principer har utvecklingsteamet stort mandat att påverka hur arbetet utförs. Detta gör att konsulten tillsammans med teamkollegor ges möjlighet att utveckla processer och arbetssätt som passar teamets arbetsdynamik. I uppdraget ingår kompetensöverföring till Polismyndighetens egen personal och dokumentation av genomfört uppdrag. SKALL-KRAV: • Konsulten ska ha utbildning inom systemvetenskap alternativt motsvarande förvärvad erfarenhet som Polismyndigheten bedömer likvärdig. • Konsulten ska ha minst 5 års erfarenhet av hantering och nedbrytning av krav som kravanalytiker inom systemutveckling. • Konsulten ska ha dokumenterad erfarenhet av att självständigt driva, samordna och ansvara för framtagande av krav. • Konsulten ska vara Svensk medborgare och inneha goda svenska kunskaper i tal samt skrift. MERITERANDE • Konsulten bör ha erfarenhet av arbete med och god förståelse för programvaruarkitektur och utvecklingsmetoder. • Konsulten bör ha god erfarenhet av att omsätta verksamhetsbehov eller lagkrav till utvecklingsbara krav. • Konsulten bör ha god erfarenhet av att ha arbetat med agil metodik och SCRUM management. • Konsulten bör ha erfarenhet av att arbeta i en stor myndighet med minst 5.000 anställda.
