Lead, guide and influence the energy solutions of tomorrow
The Principal Sales Specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining a knowledge base and training structure for the Commercial & Tendering (C&T) department in order to secure and develop the quality and competitiveness of our tenders. 

In the High Voltage Solutions, Karlskrona business line, the Principal Sales Specialist reports to the Senior Vice President Commercial and Tendering.
With this as a basis, the Principal Sales Specialist will coach and support C&T managers as well as C&T department managers in sales and negotiation strategies as well as tender related activities.

The role incorporates a support element which aims to navigate through complex commercial strategy subjects, contribute to the empowerment of C&T colleagues, and maintain consistency in securing orders. 

Your primary tasks will be: 
* Enhance tender teams on complex/strategic topics for individual tenders
* Develop and maintain a knowledge base and training structure for the C&T department
* Coaching & supporting C&T managers as well as C&T department managers based on the high proficiency level within commercial, contractual, leadership, cable technology, installation, risk management and Customer & Market knowledge
* Take part in customer negotiations and corporate governance approvals as decided and agreed with C&T department managers and SVP Head of C&T Karlskrona.

Strategic mind and a positive drive
You coach and motivate your surrounding, encouraging them to continually develop their skills. Combining creativity with strategic thinking, integrity, and a robust ethical framework is necessary. In addition, you have good leadership skills and stay professional and focused while handling several tasks simultaneously.

It is advantageous with experience from different leadership roles and large project sales, including qualifications, terms and conditions as well as negotiations. Further, understanding of technical system solutions and the ability to strategically handle business processes and market activities is qualifying. 

Additionally, your CV comprises: 
* Preferably a M.Sc. or MBA or similar achieved experience
* Fluency in spoken and written English
