Therefore, the Consumer Direct Interaction - Experience Organization (CDI XO) team is looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Expert

All about the role:

As our growth hacker, you will optimize the shopper journeys on our Brand websites with the goal to maximize conversion opportunities. You will analyse the Digital Commerce funnel, find, test and evaluate different conversion growth hypothesis, run performance reports and root cause analysis.

You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our digital commerce performances working closely together with the marketing team and sales teams both on a HQ and country level.

What you'll do:

  • Management and execution of conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to continuously build and improve key metrics on our brand websites for the Digital Commerce journey & Products.
  • Definition, execution and reporting on A/B and multivariate testing and continuous improvements of the program.
  • Establishment of goals and creation of reports to track progress and evaluate test results, analyse efficiencies, and modify strategies based on outcomes.
  • Analysis of the digital commerce funnel performance on brand websites, identifying incremental opportunities for enhancement, and translating them into inputs for business KPI improvement.
  • Regular communication and translation of data-driven test results into actionable insights to product owners and other senior stakeholders, aligning the tests to our overall strategy and goals.
  • Coordinate external agencies and collaborate withD2C, Marketing and other cross functional teams to optimize the Consumer journey and continually measure its performances to maximize sales.
  • Participate in all stages of the digital product development cycle: support the team with relevant analysis (GA4, ContenSquare, Clarabridge), taking part in concept development and contribute formulating requirements and suggesting improvements.
  • Establish CRO and experimentation best practices, communicate them across other Business Areas for a consistent approach to conversion optimization globally.
  • Who you are:
  • You keep the consumer top of mind, bringing an outside-in perspective
  • You are Data-driven and fluent in data analysis and user research
  • You are a good communicator and you can simplify complex ideas translating them into useful insights for a variety of audience groups
  • University degree (Marketing/Communication/Business related studies)
  • Preferred 3+ years in CRO, web strategy, digital marketing, marketing or similar
  • Skilled in Project management
  • You understand data analytics and behavioural tools (i.e. Google Analytics,Adobe Analytics, ContentSquare) as well as experimentation testing tools (we currently use Optimizely)
  • You're familiar with user-centered design principles, UX Design best practices, trends and emerging technologies
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, JS is a plus

This is a full-time position, based at our Global Headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden.
