Assignment Description

Customer Support and Care for the Swedish sales organisation.

Tasks

• To provide the outmost service to customers by answering the phone and e-mails.
• Place orders in the sales tool.
• Be keen on providing service and not hesitant in contacting customers or internal the Swedish sales organization.

Required skills

• Good understanding of the Office package.
• Experience in a business sales system is very good.
