About the organization

To our Supply Planning & Inventory Management team we are looking for a Supply & Inventory planner. The Supply Planning & Inventory Management function is organized under the planning function for Global Operations in the Husqvarna Forest & Garden division. Our organization serves as the central hub for all communication between sales companies/distributors and factories/suppliers, encompassing aspects such as forecasts, orders, delivery information and invoicing.

About the position

In this position you play a key role in the interface between our factories/suppliers and sales companies/distributors and a part of the work entails establishing long-term relationships with international customers and colleagues within Husqvarna Group. We are at an interesting stage of development and looking for someone who can contribute to our progress.

The team operates within a dynamic global CBP (collaborative business planning) framework and collaborates extensively with various departments, including sales, marketing, finance, product management and internal/external suppliers.

We are responsible for:

· Processing demand to supply plans

· Managing inventory levels

· Monitoring the execution of the plans

Additionally, we streamline the flow of goods from factories and suppliers to sales companies and distributors. Success in this role relies on a deep understanding of forecasting and planning best practices, strong analytical and statistical skills, attention to details and effective communication abilities.

About you

To be considered for the position, you have:

· University degree (BSc/MSc) in supply chain management or a related field

· 3-5-year track record in supply chain management.

· Good knowledge in Office 365 is and advanced excel skills

· Experience of ERP and advanced planning systems like SAP and Logility APO

Power-BI skills are preferable!

As an individual, you are service-minded, driven by a structured and analytical mindset, you are used to taking initiatives and being ambitious in delivering high quality on time. Husqvarna Group develops in a fast-pace so being flexible to meet our customers' demands comes naturally for you. Proficiency in English is a must, while fluency in Swedish is a bonus.

Location: Husqvarna site in Huskvarna, after a 3–6-month onsite introduction a hybrid working model can be offered to the right candidate.
