Scandinavian Airlines System SAS Short Description As a Technical Representative at SAS your role involves overseeing contracted maintenance activities for Scandinavian Airlines' aircraft fleet based in Stockholm, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, processes, maintenance schedules, and quality standards.  As member of the Tech rep team support to develop best practices for managing base maintenance projects and to continuously improve economical parameters and effectiveness of such projects.  Challenges you will work on In this role, your challenge is to ensure SAS’ commitment to safe and efficient air travel. As a Technical Representative at SAS you will •    Supervise maintenance check execution at the AMO location in relation to the SAS CAMO procedures as defined in CAME and CAME-P and quality view of SAS. •    Fulfill the tasks and responsibilities connected to the function and stated in the CAME CAME-P procedures.  •    Ensure the work is performed in accordance with the Contract terms and conditions, within the agreed TAT and SAS budget limitation defined per project, as well as associated Procedure Manual PRM established between SAS and the AMO. •    Ensure the Airworthiness records are correct and in compliance with SAS/EASA standards and complete after every check and issuance of the CRS. •    Be the interface between the AMO and SAS supporting organization to streamline processes to ensure the agreed Turn Around Times (TAT) are met. •    Manage the AMO performance and working relationship through direct and indirect interfaces like daily progress meetings, escalations or deviations of the TAT and cost. •    Base check cost management and invoice control to ensure these are in line with the agreed SAS budget (including any pre agreed cost savings measurements). •    Represent CAMO at external AMO’s and be the interface between the AMO and SAS supporting organization to streamline processes to ensure the agreed Turn Around Times (TAT) are met. To be successful, we believe you should have: •    Bachelor Degree in aviation studies and/or Part 66 AML license (does not need to be valid, but shall cover relevant SAS operated aircraft types).  •    Minimum 5 years relevant experience within the aviation industry, related to continuing airworthiness or aircraft maintenance. •    Good budgetary understanding and relevant business controls. •    Experience with working independently and effectively at remote locations with limited support from home base. •    Good understanding and experience with (base) maintenance contracts and invoicing. •    Experience and track record with project and business management. •    Practical experience of working with MMIS, preferably AMOS at expert level. •    Current or recent HF, EWIS, ETOPS, CDCCL and SMS training record. Your mission The Regulation & Product Development Manager has broad responsibility for the definition of the strategy for certification of Heart Aerospace products. You will report to the Head of Engineering, and occasionally interface with the Civil Aviation Authorities (CAAs), the Engineering Heads and department specialists, as well as other company functions such as Program Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Customer Support, among others. You will lead a multi-functional design team covering design of all systems installations, along with supporting various certification and testing activities. You will have both technical and administrative responsibility for your team. You will also conduct technical reviews, within your domain of responsibility, ensuring the engineering definition meets all stakeholder requirements. Scandinavian Airlines System SAS CAMO Senior Engineer – Powerplant SAS Technical Operations is a team of 100 people accountable for the continuing airworthiness of the SAS fleet. It performs a wide variety of tasks including negotiating and managing supplier contracts, engineering, and planning maintenance. The Engineering department within CAMO is responsible for the implementation of all applicable maintenance and authority requirements, monitoring of the fleet reliability, and maintenance budget of the aircraft and engine types operated by SAS. The Engineering department employs 42 persons working closely with the rest of Technical Operations, Flight Operations, Network Planning, Fleet Management, Finance, Aviation Authorities, Suppliers, etc. Challenges you will work on The Engineering department within the CAMO is looking for an experienced Powerplant Senior Engineer to join a dynamic organization and a highly reputable flag carrier. The right candidate will have the skills and personality to fit within a small, multi skilled team that is responsible for the Continuing Airworthiness, safety and reliability of the aircraft and components in line with the manufacturer recommendations and the regulatory requirements. In addition, the Powerplant Senior Engineer continuously contributes to improve SAS products and processes with cost saving initiatives to help our service in a complex and demanding environment. As part of the Powerplant team you will work on a variety of engine/APU and nacelle/TR types of LEAP, TRENT, IAE, XWB and CF34. Your main responsibilities will be delivery and quality within Powerplant team. Lead, delegate and prioritize workload. Follow up tasks and workload in the team. Support the Team Leader / Fleet Manager with annual assessment as well as competence development of team members. You will work close with all teams in SAS CAMO as well with SAS Part-145 department. You are analytic driven and have experience to draw conclusions from data driven facts, you should have experience working in a similar operational environment and will have safety as your top priority, with sound judgement in both technical and financial matters. Produktionen av underhållsplanen kräver att du har goda kunskaper om flygplanets funktioner och om hur effektivt underhåll bedrivs. Specialistkunskaper kommer du att få på Saab, men vi ser mycket gärna att du har goda förkunskaper inom flyg och ILS (Integrated Logistics Support). Det är en stark merit om du har examen som civilingenjör eller högskoleingenjör inom det flygtekniska området, eller har uppnått motsvarande arbetslivserfarenheter inom området. Du är noggrann och analytiskt lagd, och uttrycker dig väl på svenska och engelska. Du är engagerad och trivs i en roll där du får ta ett stort ansvar och driva dina arbetsuppgifter framåt, ta initiativ och etablera goda kontakter med kollegor. Erfarenhet av följande verktyg och specifikationer är meriterande: * Fenix eller annat Fleet Management System * S1000D * Teamcenter eller liknande Product Lifecycle Management-system * Xml-baserade verktyg för att producera teknikinformation * EMAR Befattningen kräver att du genomgår och godkänns enligt vid var tid gällande bestämmelser för säkerhetsskydd. För befattningar där Saab har krav på säkerhetsklassinplacering kan, i förekommande fall, medföra krav på visst medborgarskap.
