This is what you will do As Transfer Pricing Manager at Lantmännen, you will be a part of Lantmännen's Group Tax team, a key function where your responsibilities will involve maintaining and enhancing robust processes related to transfer pricing compliance on a group level.  A key part of your work will be taking full responsibility for the development, implementation, and communication of transfer pricing policies and strategy. You will oversee the annual transfer pricing process, clearly defining and communicating responsibilities across divisions, business areas, and group functions. As Transfer Pricing Manager you will also ensure that group transfer pricing is aligned with the value chain analyses of various business areas of Lantmännen. You will supervise potential adjustments to internal pricing during the financial year, also ensuring that transfer pricing documentation is accurate and effectively structured. In this role, you will manage communication and collaboration between teams to gather relevant information while ensuring alignment with internal agreements between subsidiaries. As a member of the Group Tax team, you will work alongside a team of four individuals, each specializing in different areas of taxation, including corporate income tax, tax accounting, transfer pricing, VAT, and excise duties. You will engage in continuous collaboration with your fellow tax team members and also work closely with colleagues from other group functions, shared services, and finance departments within Lantmännen's business areas and subsidiaries. These entities are not only based in Sweden but also span across over 20 other countries where Lantmännen operates. The position is located at our head office in Stockholm, and you will report to the Director Group Tax. This is what you need to succeed You have: A university degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. Several years’ experience in transfer pricing within an international organization or consultancy firm. Deep knowledge of transfer pricing matters, such as intercompany pricing strategies, VCA, compliance and documentation, and financial impact analysis. Experience in participating in and managing transfer pricing audits. Proven experience in driving and supporting organizational and procedural changes within the finance function. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English. You are: Analytical and solution-oriented with a problem-solving mindset. The opportunity We are looking for a Manager who has solid experience with R&D tax incentives (within or outside the Nordics) and is an experienced project manager. This person enjoys a client facing role while being exposed to a wide variety of cutting-edge research projects across multiple industries and is keen to drive business development activities. This opportunity is ideal for a person with 5-8 years of relevant experience. You will join an enthusiastic and multinational team, with colleagues located in Stockholm, Copenhagen, Oslo, and India. Help drive the sales process by identifying potential targets, arranging internal and external meetings and articulating the benefit of Innovation Incentives through client meetings and proposals Deliver high-quality advice and solutions to all types of clients, ensuring management of risk and reputation. Skills and attributes for success A university degree in an engineering or science related field 5-8 years of relevant experience in R&D tax incentives. Experience in consultancy focusing on innovation incentives, potentially in combination with a background in industry, academia or a research organisation Strong working proficiency in English – written, spoken and conversational.
