WHAT YOU’LL DO At & Other Stories, fashion is at the heart of everything we do. As a Junior Buyer, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Buyer in developing and securing the best customer offer, while contributing to strong sales and profitability across all channels. Your Responsibilities: Support in developing a customer-focused assortment aligned with overall strategy and goals Manage samples and assist in fittings Give feedback on lab dips, prints, and garment components Place and update orders in collaboration with the Buyer Ensure commercial and timely product deliveries for all sales channels and wholesale partners Contribute to selling and stock-related actions Organize and prioritize daily tasks to support product development Work closely with Production to follow up on price, quality, timing, and sustainability Collaborate with Designers and Pattern Makers throughout the development process Learn and use internal tools and systems to track progress effectively WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH In this role, you’ll be part of a close-knit designing team and you all will work together to bring our collections to life. You’ll collaborate daily with our Production Office, your key stakeholder when it comes to pricing, timing, and quality. You’ll also work closely with our wholesale partners and with colleagues across the Atelier and Collection teams to ensure that every product meets our creative vision and commercial goals. Qualifications We are looking for people with: A degree in fashion, textiles, or a related field An understanding of fashion trends and a strong customer-centric mindset Knowledge of textile materials and garment construction A passion for product development and buying Fluency in English, both written and spoken And people who are: Structured, proactive, and self-driven Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment Collaborative team players with clear communication skills Curious, fashion-forward, and eager to grow in the buying field Additional Information This is a full-time temporary position for one year based at our Head Office in Stockholm Kungsholmen.
