For our client in Stockholm, we are now looking for a structured and service-oriented person that wants to join as their new Executive Assistant & Administrator! This is a temporary assignment for 12 months, full-time and based from their office in Stockholm.

Planning & coordinating:

  • Manage and maintain calendars and emails, optimizing time and proactive planning
  • Preparing meetings, agendas, keeping records and following up on action points
  • Organize external and internal meetings and events
  • Own and develop the yearly meeting structure
  • Book business travel arrangements, including flights, transportation and lodgings

Administration:

  • Give administrative support to the Head of and other key stakeholders.
  • Perform accounting related tasks, register and approve expenses etc.

Communication:

  • Update communication channels (our SharePoint)
  • Produce and review presentation material
  • Office Responsible:
  • Main point of contact in regards of the office
  • Making sure the office feels welcoming and nice

About you - we believe you meet the following criteria:

  • Previous experience from a similar administrative role
  • Fluent Swedish &English
  • Structured &organized with great administrative and communicationcapabilities
  • Thorough and an eye for detail
  • Experience in Microsoft Office andSharePoint

About the assignment

For this assignment you will be hired as a full-time consultant by Digitalenta. We offer our consultants a generous package including healthcare allowance, insurance policy, paid vacation days and pension savings. In addition, you'll also have a dedicated consultant manager available throughout your employment with us, in addition to optional networking activities with our network of consultants. The assignment is full-time and between17 jun 2024 -17 jun 2025.
