Do you want to work with installing innovative solutions, providing service and developing long-term customer relationships with some of the leading players in Swedish industry? We are looking for a Field Service Technician in Mjölby!

The role

In this role, you will drive some of Atlas Copco's most important values: customer satisfaction, quality and productivity.

You will be part of a service group with committed colleagues, who are passionate about helping our customers get the most value from their investment in our tools through service and technical expertise around the products. The customers are industrial companies in diverse segments, such as automotive industry.

Your primary tasks will be:

• On-site at the customer, perform preventive maintenance, calibration, optimization, and programming of our products and perform installations of our equipment within projects.
• Maintain efficient and clear work processes for yourself and others in the business around service and project teams.
• Create and follow up on quality cases.
• Be a support for customer service and salespeople in service and technical product competence.

You will report to the Service Manager West.

What we expect from you

You are a person who is motivated by satisfied customers and finds technology exciting. You are forward-thinking with a solution-oriented approach and don't give up until you have satisfied customers. As the position is with a customer, it is important that you enjoy working in an independent role where you take overall responsibility for all your tasks and can structure your day and be flexible if the situation requires.

In addition, you:

• have experience working as a service technician or equivalent
• speak good Swedish and English
• have a driver's license for car (B).
• have an education in electronics, electricity, or industrial mechanics, alternatively trained in IT and software or equivalent experience - the right attitude and mindset are more important than specific training!

If you have any of the following it's seen as a plus - but not a must: PLC programming, basic network knowledge, air tools, in-depth computer knowledge, mechatronics skills or previous experience of our products.
