I manage the software department called “Sequence and Interlocking”, which is responsible for providing a safe and reliable operation of the switchgear in a HVDC station. Med erfarenhet av ledarskap och personalansvar är du trygg i att leda och utveckla medarbetare, både individuellt och i grupp. Arbetsuppgifter Som Enhetschef inom buss- och taxiverksamheten ingår bl.a. följande ansvarsområden: • Fullt personalansvar för medarbetarna inom förargruppen med fokus på personalutveckling, gruppens utförda produktion samt säkerhets- och arbetsmiljöarbete. I detta ingår även bemanningsplanering och uppföljningsarbete. • Motivera och förankra Transdevs värdegrund, mål, strategier och företagets trafikavtal hos förargruppen. • Hantera arbetsmiljö- och hälsofrågor. • Säkerställa fortbildning av förare. • Vidareutveckla förargruppen utifrån resultat från medarbetarsamtal/-undersökningen, kundfeedback, händelserapporter etcetera Kvalifikationer Gymnasieutbildning eller motsvarande Erfarenhet av personalansvar och arbetsledning God förmåga att uttrycka sig väl i tal och skrift på svenska och engelska Goda kunskaper i Office 365 B-körkort (manuell) Meriterande Erfarenhet från serviceyrket Tidigare erfarenhet av budget- och kvalitetsarbete Vad vi erbjuder Försäkringar och pension: Ett omfattande paket av kollektivavtalade försäkringar som täcker sjukdom, föräldraledighet, arbetsskador, pension och dödsfall.
