About the Role The Construction Management Office (CMO) leads worldwide construction activities ahead of handover to Construction & Commissioning (C&C). Prepare and further develop C&C Time Schedules and Execution Strategies for both sales and handover phases, supporting smooth transition into project execution and alignment with EPC milestones. Your Background A university degree in engineering (preferably construction management or a related field), combined with several years of experience in the construction industry. Solid background in EPC projects, with proven experience in preconstruction and estimating work. Strong experience in both design and implementation phases within construction or related engineering fields. Proficiency in cost estimation, project scheduling, and risk assessment, with familiarity in tools such as Building Information Modeling (BIM). Strong leadership and projectmanagement capabilities, paired with excellent communication skills. Fluency in English and preferably an additional language relevant to the region of responsibility.
