How you will make an impact Your main mission will be to perform maintenance and service activities on HVDC Valves and Valve Cooling systems in high voltage global projects Conduct troubleshooting and fault investigations on HVDC Valves and associated systems Execute mechanical replacements and repairs of valve components and cooling system equipment Perform testing and verification of repaired or replaced equipment to ensure functionality and compliance with standards Provide technical support and guidance to customers and internal stakeholders regarding maintenance and operational issues Contribute to planning and preparation of maintenance activities and ensure efficient execution in accordance with safety and quality requirements Coordinate with engineering office to assure correct documentation is used during maintenance and provide feedback for as-built documentation You will be living Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business Your background You have a technical education, preferably with a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
