The Opportunity The HUB Industrial Engineering Manager will lead the industrial engineering function across multiple manufacturing sites within the region, ensuring operational excellence, process standardization, and strategic alignment with global business objectives. This role will co-ordinate a team of industrial engineers and collaborate with cross-functional units—including operations, HSE, and investment project teams—to drive initiatives that enhance productivity, safety, and sustainability. The HUB Industrial Engineering Manager will also be accountable for monitoring large-scale investment projects, implementing advanced digital tools for performance tracking, and delivering continuous improvement solutions across diverse production environments ranging from manual assembly lines to highly automated 24/7 facilities. There are also possibilities of a short-term assignment abroad at a transformer factory, to gain even more experience in the application of tap-changers and bushings. After circa 18 months you will have good knowledge about the products, and you will have a broad network both internally and externally and be ready to move into the role within Marketing and Sales with great confidence and background. Vår kund Vår kund är en global och världsledande aktör inom energiområdet med en stark och långsiktig tro på HVDC-tekniken (High Voltage Direct Current). HVDC möjliggör effektiv energitransport med likström vid höga spänningar och är avgörande för att överföra energi över långa avstånd med minimala förluster. Tekniken spelar en central roll inom exempelvis havsbaserad vindkraft och långväga undervattensförbindelser och är ett av de mest hållbara alternativen för framtidens energisystem. Organisationen befinner sig i en expansiv fas och satsar stort på att vidareutveckla sin IT/OT-miljö. Om rollen Vi söker en IT/OT-specialist till vår kunds verksamhet i Ludvika. Rollen är bred, verksamhetsnära och kombinerar IT och OT i en tekniskt avancerad test- och produktionsmiljö. Du kommer att arbeta nära verksamheten och ha en avgörande roll för att rätt teknik, system och infrastruktur fungerar i vardagen. Du blir en del av ett mindre team där samarbete, eget ansvar och flexibilitet är avgörande. Detta är en möjlighet för dig som vill arbeta hands-on, ha stort inflytande över ditt arbete och utvecklas i takt med både tekniken och organisationen. Huvudsakliga ansvarsområden Ansvara för drift, support och vidareutveckling av IT/OT-miljöer Arbeta med infrastruktur, applikationer, nätverk och databaser (bl.a. SQL) Hantera incidenter, felsökning och eskalering av ärenden Stötta verksamheten i test- och produktionsmiljöer Delta i och driva förbättrings- och utvecklingsinitiativ Samarbeta med interna team, globala kollegor och externa leverantörer Personliga egenskaper Du är en flexibel och nyfiken person som har lätt för att ta till dig ny kunskap. Du trivs i sociala sammanhang och samarbetar naturligt med andra, samtidigt som du är självgående och bekväm med att ta egna initiativ och ansvar. Du har ett genuint intresse för teknik och tycker om att förstå hur olika delar hänger ihop i ett större sammanhang. Som person är du prestigelös, lösningsorienterad och trygg i dialogen med olika intressenter. Kvalifikationer Erfarenhet av IT/OT i industri-, produktions- eller testmiljö Bred teknisk kompetens inom IT-infrastruktur och system Goda kunskaper i bl.a.
