Product and Technical Communications
Lovable Labs Sweden AB
Informatörer, kommunikatörer och PR-specialister

Why Lovable? Lovable is the software creation platform that gives people the power to act on the problems closest to them. For decades, turning an idea into software required so much capital, technical fluency, and time that many ideas never came to life. Lovable is the counterargument: a platform for all people with ideas, ambition, and problems worth solving. From solopreneurs to small business owners to teams at companies like Adidas and Zendesk, people have built over 60 million projects on Lovable since its launch in November 2024. And we’re just getting started. What you’ll do Own trust, security, and incident communications. People build real businesses on Lovable, and their confidence in the platform is existential to ours. You’ll own Lovable’s trust narrative in earned and new media, proactively telling the story of how we think about security, privacy, reliability, and platform safety. And when something doesn’t go as planned, you’ll be the comms lead in the room, working alongside the Head of Communications to manage the external response with a cross-functional team. Lead product launch communications. When Lovable ships something new, you own the earned media strategy around it, including knowing the right Substacks, podcasts, and new media channels beyond traditional outlets. You’ll work closely with product marketing to shape positioning, develop press materials, pitch the story, and make sure launches land. You’ll build a repeatable launch engine that moves as fast as the product team does. Turn journalists and creators into builders. Some of the most powerful product coverage comes from people who’ve experienced Lovable firsthand. You’ll develop relationships with earned media and creators by getting the product into their hands, helping journalists, technical writers, and influencers build something real on Lovable so they can tell the product story from their own experience. Be the comms partner to our CTO and product leadership. You’ll develop spokesperson platforms for our CTO, CISO, and senior product and engineering leaders. In partnership with product marketing, you’ll prep them for media, conferences, and podcasts. You’ll help them become recognized voices defining a new product category. Own product-level partner integration comms. When Lovable launches a technical integration or platform capability that changes what builders can do, you own the comms. You’ll coordinate with product marketing and partnerships to shape the narrative and get it in front of the right audiences. Build analyst and technical influencer relationships. You’ll build relationships with the analysts, tech media, and voices that shape opinion among technical audiences. You’ll make sure Lovable shows up in the right conversations and earns positioning in the right reports. Ensure product news travels beyond traditional media. Product stories in 2026 don’t just live in TechCrunch. You’ll make sure product news reaches the Substacks, podcasts, technical creators, and communities where your audiences are. Who you are You’re technically fluent and genuinely curious about the product. You don’t need to be an engineer, but you need to understand how software products work, architecturally, not just conceptually. When an engineer explains a design decision, you understand why it matters and can translate it into something a reporter or analyst would care about. You’ve run product comms at a fast-moving technology company. You’ve lived through the chaos of a product team that ships faster than comms can keep up, and you’ve built systems to stay ahead. You know how to run a launch process that’s tight but not slow, and you know when to push for a bigger moment versus when to just get the word out. You have real trust and incident comms experience. You’ve worked on or alongside security, privacy, or trust and safety teams. You know the difference between proactive trust storytelling and reactive crisis management, and you’ve done both. You’ve been in the room during a product incident and know how to craft external communications that are honest, precise, and fast. You have strong media relationships in the tech and AI ecosystem. You know the reporters, podcasters, and analysts who cover AI, developer tools, and enterprise technology. You understand what makes them care about a product story, and you can get Lovable in front of them. You write clearly, concisely, and technically without being dry. Product comms doesn’t mean jargon-heavy. Your writing is precise, human, and accessible, even when the subject matter is complex or the situation is sensitive. You connect dots and see around corners. A feature ships, and you immediately think: which reporter is writing about this problem? What should our CTO say on social? How does this fit the narrative arc we’ve been building for the quarter? That connective instinct is what makes this role work. You’re hands-on, agile, and low-ego. You’ll draft the press materials, build the media list, coordinate the launch timeline, and prep the spokesperson. You thrive in environments where the plan changes and the pace is relentless. You have 8+ years of experience in communications, including product launches and trust or incident communications at a technology company. You’ve run launch processes, managed incident response, and built media relationships in the tech ecosystem. What you need to know This role requires genuine product immersion. You’ll work closely with product marketing to understand what’s shipping, why it matters, and how to position it. That partnership is what lets you move fast and tell the right story at the right moment. Trust and incident comms are core to the role. You’ll need to be comfortable being the person who’s on call when something breaks, who can draft an incident communication at speed, and who brings the judgment to know when to say something, when to wait, and how to say it right. Lovable is headquartered in Stockholm, with product and engineering teams across multiple offices. Wherever you sit, you’ll need to work effectively across time zones and build relationships with the teams who ship the product you’re talking about. Finally: joining Lovable Comms means you’re deeply curious, data-driven, and not extremely precious about role boundaries. You find ways to work smarter with AI, to measure what matters, and to step into work that isn't technically “yours” when the moment calls for it.

Internal Communications Lead
Lovable Labs Sweden AB
Informatörer, kommunikatörer och PR-specialister

TL;DR This is a strategic operating role at the center of the company, reporting to the Head of Comms with a dotted line to our Cofounder and CEO. Your core job is making sure company leadership communication is clear, consistent, and compounding week after week as we scale. Around that core, you'll own the narrative, the moments, and the rhythms that keep a fast-growing global team aligned, and you'll run the programming lean, with AI doing the production work so your judgment goes where it matters most. The challenge: when a company doubles in a year across offices and oceans, shared context is the first thing that can break. The warmth of a small team gets diluted by process. Your job is to make sure none of that happens: that every person at Lovable knows where we're going, why, and their part in it, and hears it in a voice that still feels like us. Why Lovable Lovable is the software creation platform that gives people the power to act on the problems closest to them. What you'll do Be the CEO's communications partner. You'll help make sure what the company hears is consistent from week to week and compounds over quarters. And you'll be a genuine advisor: in the room early, pressure-testing how a decision will land before it's made, and holding a mirror up to leadership when the message and the reality drift apart. Own the company narrative and operating rhythm. You'll own recurring communications and the strategy behind them: the cadences that ensure every employee understands the strategy, the priorities, and the reasoning, not just the announcements. You'll connect the internal story to the external one so employees hear one narrative, whether it comes from the CEO, their manager, or the press. Run the moments that matter. Fundraises, strategy rollouts, reorgs and leadership changes, and other high-stakes comms. You'll partner with the Office of the CEO and leadership team to make sure these moments are planned, humane, and land without whiplash: employees hear things that affect them before any rumor mill does. Make our flagship forums worth showing up for. You'll own the editorial arc of company-wide all-hands, elevate the craft of everyone presenting, and keep these moments warm and personal as we grow past the size where that happens by default. Build an AI-native internal comms engine. You'll run programming that would traditionally take a team, alone, by defaulting to AI and Lovable itself for input gathering, chasing, aggregating, drafting, and measurement. Human judgment stays where it belongs: editorial calls, sensitive moments, and final approval. If you're still doing production work manually after three months, something has gone wrong. Raise the bar for how leaders communicate. At Lovable, functions own their own communication; internal comms is not a gatekeeper or a wordsmithing service. Your job is to make every leader and manager a better communicator: standards, tools, coaching, and talking points that equip managers to answer their teams' questions, because managers are the most trusted source most employees have. Measure understanding, not reach. You'll build lightweight feedback loops that test whether messages actually landed: can people explain the strategy in their own words, do they feel informed, are the whispers going quiet. And when the data says a message isn't landing because the substance is unclear, you'll feed that signal back to leadership rather than polishing the wording. Who you are You're an operator and a general problem solver. You build scalable systems from scratch, you're rigorous and structured in how you work, and you have a track record of outstanding achievement in demanding environments. You may have grown up in communications, or you may come from chief of staff, founder's office, strategy, or consulting work with serious writing chops. You've earned the trust of a founder or CEO. You've been the person a chief executive relies on to sharpen their thinking and their words. You know how to advise without ego, push back with evidence, and keep confidence. Your judgment has been tested on sensitive, high-stakes communications. You write exceptionally. You know the difference between writing that informs and writing that aligns, and you can do both under deadline. You're AI-native to your core. You instinctively reach for AI to do the gathering and aggregating, and you're excited to build internal tools on Lovable itself. You see leverage where others see headcount requests. You read organizations well. You have a feel for the pulse of a company: what people are worried about, where context is missing, which message will land and which will breed cynicism. You listen as much as you broadcast, and you navigate cultural differences across our European and US offices with ease. You're discreet, low-ego, and steady. You'll sit closer to sensitive information than almost anyone in the company. You handle it with care, you share credit reflexively, and you stay calm when plans change on a Tuesday afternoon. What you need to know Strong partnership with our CEO is a big part of the job. Everything else is the platform it stands on. You'll be measured first on whether our CEO's communication is clearer, more consistent, and more trusted because you exist, and second on whether the company stays aligned as it scales. This function is lean by design. You will not be building a large internal comms team. You'll be building systems, AI workflows, and leader capability that make a large team unnecessary. If your instinct when work piles up is to hire, this role will frustrate you. If your instinct is to automate and equip, you'll thrive. Finally: joining Lovable Comms means you're deeply curious, data-driven, and not extremely precious about role boundaries. You find ways to work smarter with AI, to measure what matters, and to step into work that isn't technically "yours" when the moment calls for it.

Corporate Communications & Public Affairs
Lovable Labs Sweden AB
Informatörer, kommunikatörer och PR-specialister

TL;DR You're a communications professional who can plan and execute the work that advances Lovable's objectives across EU and Swedish policy environments, making sure our voice is heard on the issues that matter most. You'll pair sharp corporate communications with real policy fluency — working closely with internal teams and external partners to help policymakers, media, and other stakeholders understand Lovable's perspective on the key files and issues that shape the environment we operate in. This is a balanced role, equal parts policy operator and corporate communicator. You'll report to the European Communications and Public Affairs Lead. We’re building a generational company from Stockholm, with growing teams in London, Boston, New York, and San Francisco. Our team is small, talent-dense, and moving quickly, with a culture rooted in extreme ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration. We look for people who care deeply, ship fast, and are eager to make a dent in the world. Lovable is one of TIME’s 100 Most Influential Companies and has been recognized on the Forbes AI 50 and CNBC Disruptor 50, reflecting our momentum as one of Europe’s fastest-growing AI companies and one of the most ambitious places to build in this next era of software. What you'll do This role makes sure Lovable has a credible, constructive voice in the rooms that matter — building a presence worth listening to and developing clear positions that reflect what Lovable actually builds and believes. Advocate Lovable's positions on key policy files. You'll build and run our engagement with policy representatives across EU and Swedish institutions. Own corporate communications on policy issues. Statements, briefings, op-eds, speaking moments, and the proactive announcements that build credibility over time. You'll develop the strategy, write the materials, manage media relationships, and make sure each piece reinforces the others. Track the regulatory agenda and turn it into a point of view. You'll monitor the files that affect us and develop clear positions that reflect the company's reality and ambitions. Build coalitions and work through industry. You'll represent Lovable in trade associations and industry groups, finding shared causes that move issues forward. Act as a comms and policy partner to our cross-functional team. You'll work closely with the communications and cross-functional teams in preparing for engagements with policymakers, institutions, and press, strengthening the company’s voice in the European AI debate. Who you are You've operated in and around the policy world. That might mean an EU institution, a trade association, a think tank, or a public affairs firm. Wherever you've been, you know how a file moves from idea to law, and you can read the politics, formal and informal, that determine what actually happens. You understand policy and can communicate it. You have experience from both policy work and corporate communications, and you're equally comfortable speaking to policymakers and media alike. You can drive an issue forward in a complex political environment. You're comfortable with ambiguity and competing agendas, and you know how to prioritize when everything feels urgent. You're a sharp writer with editorial judgment. You can turn a dense regulatory development into a crisp briefing, opinion piece or clean position statement. You connect dots that other people don't see. You look at a piece of draft legislation and think ahead on what it means for the industry as well as what Lovable should say and to whom. You're a genuine cross-functional collaborator. You work easily with cross-functional stakeholders, external partners, and coalitions. You don't wait to be invited into the room. You're not precious about who gets credit. You just make things work. You're deeply curious about AI, technology policy, and the industry landscape. You keep up with what happens in the world instinctively — the news, the regulatory moves, the debates as they unfold. You understand where the conversation is heading well enough to spot a risk or an opportunity before someone hands it to you. What you need to know This is not a role where you set the strategy and hand off execution. You'll be writing the first drafts of our position statements, building the relationships and showing up in the room as a Lovable representative. We move fast and plans change. The job runs on two clocks at once: you'll react to the urgent issue that lands today while building the relationships and positions that set us up for success in the long term. If you need a settled environment with predictable workflows, this will be frustrating. If you find that kind of pace energizing, you'll love it. We're building public affairs and communications at a company that is itself being built. That means you'll have real influence over how this function develops in Europe: the positions, the relationships, the standards. That's the upside of being early. Finally: joining Lovable Comms means you're deeply curious, data-driven, and not extremely precious about role boundaries. You find ways to work smarter with AI, to measure what matters, and to step into work that isn't technically "yours" when the moment calls for it. About your application Please submit your application in English. It’s our company language, so you’ll be speaking lots of it if you join. We treat all candidates equally - if you’re interested, please apply through our careers portal.

Junior Process Technician
GREEN 14 AB
Processövervakare, kemisk industri

Learn to operate and develop one of Sweden's most unusual experimental process environments. At GREEN14, we operate a full-scale plasma reactor in Stockholm and develop new processes for high-temperature metallurgy and advanced materials. We are looking for a Junior Process Technician to join the team running our experiments. You do not need years of experience. In fact, this could be your first job after university. What matters is that you are practical, curious and genuinely interested in understanding how things work. THE ROLE This is a hands-on job. You will work directly with our plasma reactor and experimental equipment. Together with our process engineers, you will prepare experiments, operate equipment, handle materials and make sure the reactor is ready for the next run. One day you might install a plasma torch or cyclone. The next you could open and clean the reactor, prepare metal powder, replace components or help investigate why an experiment behaved differently than expected. You will learn how the complete process works - from gas and powder feeding to plasma, reactor conditions, cooling and powder collection. Typical responsibilities include: Preparing the reactor for experiments. Opening, cleaning and rebuilding process equipment. Installing and changing plasma equipment, cyclones, piping and other components. Handling, weighing and preparing metal powders and samples. Supporting operation of plasma, vacuum, gas and powder-feeding systems. Recording experimental conditions and observations. Following and improving safety and operating procedures. Helping troubleshoot equipment and process problems. Supporting our engineers during experiments and process development. WHO YOU ARE You may be at the beginning of your career. A degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, process technology or a related field would be excellent, but practical ability and curiosity matter just as much. You like understanding how things work. If something does not behave as expected, you want to know why. You are comfortable getting your hands dirty, taking equipment apart and learning how to put it back together correctly. At the same time, you are interested in the science behind the process. Why did more powder stick to the reactor wall? What changed when we adjusted the gas flow? Why did the material behave differently this time? We want someone who will gradually become more than the person operating the equipment. We want you to become a knowledgeable part of the process team - someone who understands the reactor, asks good questions and contributes ideas. You do not need to know plasma technology today. We will teach you. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR A practical and hands-on mindset. Strong curiosity about technology, chemistry and physical processes. Attention to detail and respect for safety. Willingness to learn new equipment and procedures. Ability to work closely with engineers and scientists. Comfortable working in English. Experience from a laboratory, workshop, pilot plant or industrial environment is useful, but not required. WHY GREEN14 GREEN14 started five years ago with a mission to develop emission-free production of critical raw materials using hydrogen plasma. Today, we combine real experiments with materials science, multiphysics simulation and AI to develop new high-temperature processes. Here, you will not be far away from the technology. The reactor is downstairs. You will work next to the engineers and scientists designing the experiments, see the results and gradually build a deep understanding of how the process works. For the right person, this role can develop significantly as your knowledge and responsibility grow. HOW WE WORK We are a small, international team of engineers and scientists. We are curious, direct and serious about getting things right. There is very little hierarchy. Good ideas matter more than titles, and asking questions is encouraged. We work hard, but flexibly, and value having a life outside work. THE PRACTICAL STUFF The position is based in Stockholm at Sweden's leading technical university, close to central Stockholm. Compensation consists of salary and pension together with qualified employee stock options. If you are curious about chemistry and technology, like working with your hands and want to learn how a full-scale plasma reactor actually works, we would like to hear from you. The position will remain open until we find the right person.

Simulation Platform & ML Engineer
GREEN 14 AB
Mjukvaru- och systemutvecklare m.fl.

Turn cutting-edge simulation and ML research into software that engineers can actually use. At GREEN14, we are building simulation technology for complex industrial processes. Our team combines multiphysics models, machine learning and experimental data to understand systems such as plasma reactors and high-temperature metallurgical processes. We can build sophisticated models and fast surrogates. Now we want to turn that capability into robust software that can be used beyond our own research environment. WHAT WE ARE BUILDING GREEN14 started five years ago with a mission to develop emission-free production of critical raw materials using hydrogen plasma. Today, we operate a full-scale plasma reactor in Stockholm. Alongside it, we have built capabilities in multiphysics simulation, AI and surrogate modelling. Our ambition is to connect experiments, physics, simulation, surrogate models and optimization into a continuous learning process. But a great model sitting in a research notebook is not a product. Models need data and pipelines. Experiments need to be reproducible. Software needs APIs. Models need to be tested and versioned. Computation needs to be fast and reliable. That is where you come in. YOUR ROLE You will build the software and computational infrastructure connecting our physics, AI and experimental data. You will work directly with scientists and engineers developing our models and turn research code into software other engineers can reliably use. A typical problem might start with JAX code developed by a researcher. Your job is to ask: How do we make this reliable, testable, reproducible, fast and usable by someone who did not write it? You will have substantial ownership over the technical foundations of our simulation platform. WHAT YOU WILL DO Build backend architectures connecting sensor data, physics models, ML models and simulation workflows. Turn JAX-based research code into maintainable, production-ready software. Build pipelines connecting experimental data, simulation, surrogates and optimization. Develop infrastructure for model training, evaluation and reproducibility. Build APIs, packages and repositories for long-term production use. Establish testing, CI/CD, versioning and monitoring for scientific software. Identify computational bottlenecks and improve performance. Contribute to deployment and cloud infrastructure as our products mature. WHO YOU ARE You have experience taking technically complex software from prototype to something other people can reliably use. You might come from software engineering, ML engineering, scientific computing or data engineering. We are particularly interested in experience with: Python and modern software engineering. JAX or other numerical and ML frameworks. Backend architectures and APIs. Data pipelines and databases. ML infrastructure and MLOps. Testing, CI/CD and reproducible workflows. Computationally intensive workloads. Experience with Docker, cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, GPU computing, FastAPI or ML tooling is useful. Experience with JAX, scientific computing or simulation software is particularly relevant. We do not expect you to tick every box. THE KIND OF PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR You do not need to be a plasma physicist. What matters is that you enjoy working at the boundary between scientific computing, machine learning and real-world software engineering. You like understanding what researchers are trying to achieve, but your instinct is to turn clever prototypes into systems other people can depend on. You care about architecture, performance and maintainability, but you also write code. You should also be curious about the physical world behind the software. Our code represents real plasma, particles, materials and experiments. WHY GREEN14 Many software engineers working in simulation never see the physical system their code represents. Here, the reactor is downstairs. Our engineers run experiments. Sensors generate data. Our simulation team compares results with models. The models improve. You build the infrastructure that makes that loop faster and more reliable. Our ambition is broader than one reactor. We want to help engineers understand, optimize and scale complex high-temperature processes across industries. HOW WE WORK You will join a team of serious engineers and scientists who care about getting things right. We are international, curious and direct. We challenge each other's thinking and change our minds when the data tells us to. There is very little hierarchy. Good ideas matter more than titles. We are ambitious, but low on ego. We work hard, flexibly, and value having a life outside work. THE PRACTICAL STUFF Compensation consists of salary and pension together with qualified employee stock options. We are based at Sweden's leading technical university, close to central Stockholm and our plasma reactor. If you want to turn physics, AI and experimental data into software that could change how industrial processes are developed and optimized, we would like to hear from you. The position will remain open until we find the right person.

Computational Materials Scientist / Computational Chemist
GREEN 14 AB
Kemister

Help us connect what happens inside industrial processes with the models trying to explain them. At GREEN14, we combine experiments, chemistry, physics and AI to understand and optimize complex high-temperature processes. Across industry, process engineers run processes every day while simulation teams build increasingly sophisticated models. But the two worlds do not always connect. We think there is a better way. Our ambition is to connect experiments, physics, chemistry and AI to build fast surrogate models that help engineers understand and optimize industrial processes. Ultimately, we want to answer a valuable question: What should I change to get the product I want? YOUR ROLE You will sit between process engineering, computational science and industry. Internally, you will help us understand what happens inside our reactor, particularly where plasma interacts with materials. Plasma-material interactions can involve extreme heating rates, reactive species, heat and mass transfer, chemical reactions, melting, evaporation, reduction and phase transformations. Which phenomena control the outcome? Which reactions are thermodynamically possible and kinetically relevant? What happens as particles heat, melt, react and cool? What needs to be represented in a model and what can be simplified? You will work with process engineers running experiments and simulation engineers translating physics and chemistry into computational models. Sometimes the answer will be better physics. Sometimes better chemistry. Sometimes better data. And sometimes the model will simply be wrong. Knowing the difference is part of the job. BEYOND OUR REACTOR We also want you to understand challenges facing engineers across plasma, metallurgy and other high-temperature industries. Where are companies spending months running physical trials? Where are scale-up problems difficult to predict? Where are simulations too slow to support engineering decisions? Most importantly, where could our ability to combine multiphysics, experimental data and AI into fast surrogate models make a meaningful difference? You will meet process engineers, researchers and industrial partners, understand their processes and help us identify which problems are worth solving. WHO YOU ARE You have a PhD or equivalent experience in computational chemistry, materials science, chemical engineering, physical chemistry, computational materials science or a related field. You understand areas such as high-temperature thermodynamics, reaction kinetics, phase transformations, surface reactions, plasma chemistry or heat and mass transfer. Experience with multiphysics, CFD, COMSOL, thermodynamic or kinetic modelling, CALPHAD, plasma modelling, Python or scientific computing is valuable. We do not expect you to be an expert in everything. More important is how you think. You understand that a beautiful model is not necessarily a useful model. You care about assumptions, validation and whether predictions survive contact with experimental data. You are also genuinely interested in industrial processes. When you meet a process engineer, your mind starts working: Could we model this? Could we validate it? Could we build a surrogate around it? Would solving it actually matter? That is the mindset we are looking for. WHY GREEN14 Many computational scientists model experiments performed somewhere else. Here, the reactor is downstairs. We can simulate something, run an experiment, measure what happened and use the result to improve the model. Our ambition is broader than our own reactor. We believe the combination of multiphysics, chemistry, experimental data and AI can change how complex industrial processes are developed, scaled and optimized. HOW WE WORK You will join a team of serious engineers and scientists who care deeply about getting things right. We are based at Sweden's leading technical university, close to central Stockholm, with our simulation team close to the reactor and experiments. If you think chemistry, simulation and experiments should live much closer together, we would like to hear from you. The position will remain open until we find the right person.

Simulation Product Engineer
GREEN 14 AB
Mjukvaru- och systemutvecklare m.fl.

Turn complex physics and AI into products engineers actually use. Bridge simulation, software and industrial processes to change how engineers understand and optimize production. At GREEN14, we are building a new generation of simulation technology for complex industrial processes. Our team combines multiphysics models, machine learning and experimental process data to understand systems such as plasma reactors and high-temperature metallurgical processes. We can build sophisticated models and fast surrogates. But for that technology to matter outside a research environment, a process engineer needs to be able to use it. That is where you come in. WHAT WE ARE BUILDING GREEN14 started five years ago with a mission to help Europe develop emission-free production of critical raw materials using hydrogen plasma. Today, we operate a full-scale plasma reactor in Stockholm. Alongside it, we have built capabilities in multiphysics simulation, AI and surrogate modelling. Our ambition is to connect experiments, physics, simulation, surrogate models and optimization into a continuous learning process, and make that capability accessible to the engineer actually running the process. Imagine an engineer trying to understand why yield has changed, how temperature is distributed inside a reactor, what happens if gas flow increases, or which operating parameters could produce a desired output. They should not need to understand our solver architecture or write Python. They should be able to explore the process. That is the product we want you to help us build. YOUR ROLE You will sit between simulation, software, product and industrial process engineering. You will own much of how engineers interact with our technology: how they change process parameters, run scenarios, inspect simulation results, compare operating conditions and use models to make better decisions. That requires more than frontend engineering. You need to understand what the simulation represents, what matters to the engineer using it and how complex physical behaviour can be presented in an intuitive way. You will work directly with our simulation and AI researchers, process engineers and industrial partners. Your job is to connect those worlds. WHAT YOU WILL DO Build interactive software for simulation, visualization and industrial process analysis. Turn complex simulation outputs into intuitive visualizations. Build interfaces for manipulating parameters, running scenarios and comparing results. Define workflows from process problem and inputs to simulation, exploration and decision-making. Connect applications to simulation and ML backends through APIs. Build reusable components and application architecture for different simulation products. Work with our simulation team to understand the underlying physics and how it should be exposed to users. Help turn internal research tools into software industrial engineers want to use. WHO YOU ARE You are a strong software engineer who cares about both technical quality and whether the software actually solves a problem. We are particularly interested in experience with: React, TypeScript or a comparable modern stack. Interactive and data-heavy applications. Scientific, engineering or time-series visualization. APIs and computational backends. Application architecture and production software development. Experience with Python, FastAPI, WebGL, Three.js, scientific visualization, Docker or cloud infrastructure is useful. Experience building software for engineering, scientific or industrial users is particularly valuable. But technology is only part of the role. THE KIND OF PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR You do not need to be a plasma physicist, but you do need to want to understand the process. If an engineer tells you that pressure drop suddenly increases after twenty minutes, your first instinct should not only be to ask how we visualize the data. You should want to understand why. What changed? What does the model say? Which variables matter? What can the operator control? You enjoy talking to scientists and process engineers and asking questions until you understand the real problem. Then you ask: How do we turn everything we know into something this engineer can actually use? That is the mindset we are looking for. WHY GREEN14 Many software engineers building scientific products are several steps removed from the physical system their software represents. Here, the reactor is downstairs. You can talk to the person operating it, look at the experimental data, speak to the scientist modelling it and then build the software connecting those pieces. Our current work is focused on plasma and high-temperature metallurgy, but our ambition is broader. We want to help engineers understand, optimize and scale complex industrial processes. HOW WE WORK You will join a team of serious engineers and scientists who care deeply about getting things right. We are international, curious and direct. We challenge each other's thinking, share what we know and change our minds when the data tells us to. There is very little hierarchy and no room for corporate politics. Good ideas matter more than titles. We are ambitious, but low on ego. We help each other get better because the problems we are solving are genuinely hard. We work hard, but flexibly, and value having a life outside work. THE PRACTICAL STUFF Compensation consists of salary and pension together with qualified employee stock options. We are based at Sweden's leading technical university, close to central Stockholm. We want the people building our products close to the reactor, experiments and engineers using them. If you want to turn sophisticated physics and AI into software that helps engineers make better decisions about real industrial processes, we would like to hear from you. The position will remain open until we find the right person.
