We are looking for a detail-oriented Publishing Store Manager to operate the digital storefronts for our games. This is a hands-on role responsible for the backend management of our presence on Steam, PlayStation Store, and Xbox Store. You will work closely with Marketing to ensure our product pages are not only accurate but optimized to convert traffic into players. Example of responsibilities Store Administration: Manage backend portals (Steamworks, Xbox Partner Center, PlayStation Partners) to set up SKUs, configure pricing, and manage release dates. Asset Management: Upload and manage all store assets (trailers, screenshots, descriptions, metadata) ensuring they meet platform certification requirements. Sales Execution: Implement discount campaigns, free weekends, and special events within the platform backends. Store Optimization (CRO): Collaborate with Marketing to A/B test assets, refine copy, and ensure the user journey on the store page is optimized for conversion. Compliance: Ensure all store pages comply with regional ratings (ESRB, PEGI) and platform-specific guidelines. We would love if you have A creative and curious mind Hands-on experience with at least one major first-party backend (Steamworks, Partner Center, etc.) Understanding of digital marketing or e-commerce principles Organized and able to manage metadata for multiple SKUs/regions simultaneously Extreme attention to detail—errors in pricing or release timing are not an option The resilience and skill to manage sudden changes in timings A willingness to work occasional irregular hours if required to ensure content launches occur successfully Professional English communication skills. As Publishing Account Manager you are the external voice of Embark Studios to our platform partners. Your goal is to champion our games within the ecosystems of Sony PlayStation, Microsoft Xbox, Valve (Steam), and others. You build and maintain strong relationships to secure featuring opportunities, navigate platform policies, and unlock commercial value. Example of responsibilities Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for first-party partners (Sony, Microsoft, Valve, Epic, etc.). Advocacy & Featuring: Pitch our titles for platform-specific opportunities, including store featuring, marketing support, and inclusion in subscription services or events. Sales Opportunities: Collaborate with platforms to identify and lock in participation in major seasonal sales and platform-specific activations. Strategic Insight: Feed platform intelligence back to the internal Publishing and Dev teams (e.g., changes in platform algorithms, new opportunities, hardware updates, platform user numbers, regional details). Conflict Resolution: Act as the escalation point for commercial or high-level certification blockers. We are looking for a commercially driven and forward-thinking B2B marketer to take the lead in accelerating growth within our SME Finance portfolio. You will turn strategic priorities into powerful, insight-led marketing initiatives that elevate our brand, create demand, and deliver tangible business impact. Get an idea of the role As a B2B Marketing Specialist at Resurs, you will combine hands‑on campaign leadership with strong stakeholder and partner collaboration to ensure consistent, high‑quality delivery and to shape how Resurs engages SMEs across channels. You will lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel B2B campaigns across digital, CRM, events, partnerships, and content, working closely with internal teams and external agencies. As the primary marketing lead for SME initiatives, you will align closely with Sales, Product, and Partner teams to translate commercial priorities into impactful marketing activities. You will brief and challenge agencies, copywriters, and the in-house production team to ensure high-quality, on-brand delivery, while owning the SME marketing roadmap and calendar with clear prioritization, strong governance, and flawless execution.
