Kvalifikationer Högskoleutbildning inom arkivvetenskap med minst 60 hp eller motsvarande utbildning på högre nivå Flerårig erfarenhet som arkivarie, e-arkivarie, IT-arkivarie eller motsvarande roll Talar och skriver på svenska obehindrat Personliga förmågor Vi söker dig som är flexibel, lyhörd och pragmatisk i ditt arbetssätt med god förmåga att kommunicera ditt budskap på ett pedagogiskt sätt. Om rollen Som arkivarie hos oss arbetar du i kunduppdrag som innebär ett mycket varierande arbete med uppgifter inom arkiv och digital informationsförvaltning. Det förekommer exempelvis arbetsuppgifter som att ordna och förteckna, genomföra gallringsutredningar, revidering och framtagande av informationshanteringsplaner, se över kundens arkiv- och registratorsfunktion samt komma med effektivisering- och förbättringsförslag och ibland även att hålla utbildningar inom området. Som konsult har du en rådgivande roll och stöttar kunderna i olika frågor och bidrar även med strategiskt arbete. Du kommer att ingå i vårt konsultteam inom Informationshantering Sydväst som idag består av 8 medarbetare. Denna roll är placerad i Göteborg och du arbetar på plats hos kunden med möjlighet att arbeta hemifrån, vilket varierar efter kundens behov och uppdragets karaktär. Kvalifikationer Akademisk utbildning inom arkiv- och informationsvetenskap. (minst 60 hp) Minst 2 års erfarenhet av praktiskt och strategiskt arbete i arkivarieyrket God kommunikativ förmåga Erfarenhet av att arbeta i dokument- och ärendehanteringssystem, e-arkiv eller liknande Svenska flytande i tal och skrift Personliga förmågor Vi söker dig som är strukturerad och har lätt för att kommunicera. Du har även förmåga att arbeta självständigt och har en känsla för service samt tar egna initiativ. Du har lätt för att samarbeta och är flexibel, vilket är viktigt i en omväxlande arbetsmiljö.
