In collaboration with our partner, an innovative actor within the global automotive industry, we are looking for a PR & Communications Manager. You will be working in an international environment and support all markets with written communication, PR strategies, project and event management. This position is a great fit for you who have a strong creative side in combination with experience of working with earned media.

The assignment is a parental leave cover until April 2025, with required start within the first half of May 2024. You will be located in Gothenburg.

Main responsibilities

Coordinate communications projects within the fields of performance, design and innovation
Develop new (creative) concepts and support in amplifying events and campaigns in global retail spaces
Develop narratives that elevate thought leadership and strengthen the brand
Identify speaking opportunities and support brand spokespeople with messaging and media preparations
Create and develop Q&A, briefing documents, press releases, etc. for planned activities, targeting non-automotive media groups
Coordinate media outreach with markets and agencies ahead of big releases

Your background

Educational background within the field of PR and/or Communication
At least 3 years of experience as PR Manager or as a Copywriter
Excellent skills in English, both in written and orally

It is not necessary with experience from the automotive industry. We are rather looking for you with a background within Lifestile, Fashion, Design or Tech in a greater aspect. It is potentially very interesting if you have previous experience of working internationally, abroad from Sweden.

In order to be a great fit personally we are hoping that you have a strong creative side, both when it comes to creating content and finding new ways of working/strategies within PR and communication. You are open to change and adapt quickly in order to deliver value to the team and your markets. Since you will be having tight collaborations with local PR Managers around the world it is essential that you are a collaborative person.
