OM TJÄNSTEN Som Avdelningschef för Sandahls verksamhet i Göteborg får du det övergripande ansvaret för att leda, planera och utveckla en väl fungerande avdelning med cirka 40 medarbetare. Du arbetar nära både dina kollegor och andra delar av organisationen för att säkerställa att projekten genomförs effektivt, med hög kvalitet och i rätt tid. Sandahls har en bred kundbas inom både offentlig och privat sektor och är en viktig partner för många av de ledande anläggningsföretagen i Göteborgsregionen. Uppdragen varierar i storlek, allt från akuta servicearbeten med kort startsträcka till större entreprenader och ramavtalsprojekt. I rollen ansvarar du för bemanning, resursplanering, ekonomisk uppföljning, samt kalkylering och anbudslämning. Du säkerställer att rätt förutsättningar finns på plats för att teamet ska kunna leverera enligt plan. Rollen innebär också ett nära samarbete med VD:n som är placerad på huvudkontoret i Jönköping, till vilken du rapporterar direkt.
