You will be responsible for extracting insights from data to transform our customer interactions, improve customer satisfaction, and drive business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and user experience designers, as well as different stakeholders across the commercial organization. Based on business objectives and user needs, you will develop Measurement Strategies, as well as ensure data accessibility by prepping, validating, and cleaning data to create useful self-serve analytics solutions.   What you’ll bring  We are looking for you who has a genuine interest in creating value and impact through data. You will be the go-to person for expertise related to this area, therefore a positive attitude, good communication skills in English, and understanding of different perspectives combined with balancing stakeholders is important. The Job In this multifaceted position, you'll engage with two distinct teams, each representing different areas of our business. Firstly, as a Bid Writer in our Managed Services team, you'll craft compelling proposals and manage high-value strategic bids for our largest international clients. It is worth noting that bid writing can be quite different from other types of writing; you will need to be able to take in technical detail, emphasise the benefits and value the product can bring to a potential client, and make sure the content is tailored to the client. Given the global nature of our partnerships, occasional flexibility in working hours will be necessary to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different time zones. Our team is a unique blend of all player insights functions, namely data science, data engineering, business intelligence as well as market and user research. What you’ll be doing As a Data Scientist at Toca Boca you will work closely with our Stockholm game studios helping product teams for existing and upcoming games understand and improve how players engage with their games. By leveraging your data skills to analyse player behaviour and preferences you will help us create more engaging, fun, and rewarding gaming experiences, ensuring that our games not only meet but exceed the expectations of our millions of players. You will closely collaborate with product teams to monitor game performance, offering actionable insights for prioritisation across your studios and games. With the game teams you design A/B tests and define their success criteria, ensure the availability of required data, carry out quantitative analysis to evaluate outcomes, and suggest optimisation steps. Market Researcher - (12 month temp cover)

This is a role for collaboration and exploration with everything research and insights related, with a focus on market research and quantitative analysis. You’ll have daily interactions with another market researcher and user researchers, working together towards the same goal, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders. What you’ll be doing Together with our research team you will conduct, analyze and present market research findings but also take part in planning the overall research strategy. You are an important link between the Research & Insights team and the different stakeholders at Toca Boca, Noid and Nørdlight, from teams such as Marketing, Product, Partnership and more. You will be responsible for planning market research activities, including our brand tracker, and buying reports and studies that can support the team's decision making. You will visualize and communicate the gathered insights and foresights in inspiring and engaging ways. Together with the rest of the Research and Insights team you will also follow through to help stakeholders implement those findings. Is this you?
