Finance Associate

To continue this journey we are looking for a Finance Associate focusing on the accounts payable process for our operations in multiple European entities. Are you ready to join the Voiage?YOUR MISSION AT VOI As Finance Associate you will independently manage the accounts payable process end-to-end, and collaborate closely with the rest of the finance function to make sure the financial results are reported accurately, timely and in compliance with local regulations. This will include: Managing the accounts payable process and ensuring that the coding of invoices is accurate Obtaining approval from different business units within set deadlines Processing payment runs and bank reconciliations for multiple bank accounts Reviewing employee expenses and ensure appropriate documentation and coding Maintaining Vendor Master data in the ERP-system (Netsuite) Preparing and answering for balance sheet reconciliations related to accounts payable Reconciling vendor accounts and statements Collaborating closely with the rest of the finance function to implement efficient processes, and support in monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting and external audits WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK We are looking for a thorough finance professional with the ability to manage effective communication with a large number of stakeholders and solve problems independently. In addition to being fluent in English we believe the right person has: Bachelor's degrees (or Higher Vocational Education) within business administration, finance or similar Experience working independently with the AP-process, from data capture to payments and reconciliation Excellent skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets Good understanding of different systems, eg. ArbetsuppgifterTill vår kund söker vi nu en Administrativ Ekonom!Detta med anledning av ökande volymer av inköpsordrar och fakturor.Rollen är nyinrättad och innebär att arbeta med de administrativa flöden som går mellan redovisning och inköp. Uppdraget består av att i P2P-processen stötta/supportera leverantörsreskontrateamet på redovisningsenheten och enheten för inköp i hanteringen av rekvisitioner och inköpsorder. I rollen kommer du ha följande arbetsuppgifter: Stötta och vara delaktig i Leverantörsreskontrateamet. Hantera fakturor som fastnar i flödet Delaktig i ekonomisupport vilket innebär att utreda, analysera och svara på frågeställningar från verksamheten i frågor som rör enhetens ansvarsområden. Vara delaktig i analys av fakturaflöden. Delaktig i upplägg av rekvisitioner/inköpsorder och artiklar Delaktig i register- och masterdata struktur Vara delaktig i analys av flödet från order till inköpsfaktura. Kvalifikationer Du har minst tre års erfarenhet av självständigt arbete inom redovisning de senaste fem åren. Du har minst två års erfarenhet av att arbeta i affärssystemet UBW/Agresso med leverantörsreskontra, fakuraflöden och inköpsfakturor avseende både varor och tjänster med volymer över 30 000 fakturor. Detta avser både svenska och utländska leverantörer. Du har goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska i tal och skrift. Du har goda kunskaper i Excel och övriga MS Office program. Erfarenhet av att supporta verksamheten i hantering av leverantörsfakturor och inköpsfakturor är meriterande. Deltagande i förbättringsarbete är meriterande. Vi på Scandinova Systems söker nu en driven ekonomistudent som är intresserad av att arbeta deltid på vår ekonomiavdelning i Uppsala.
