We seek an expert in high-efficiency wideband power amplifier and IC (integrated circuit) design in mobile and terminal applications to join the Huawei Gothenburg research center. As a technical expert, you are expected to technically lead and participate in the RF frontend circuit design-related research activities. You are also expected to take part in analysing and defining requirements in related systems and products, which may require close cooperation with various stakeholders, including system design and product design. Responsibilities Research on high-efficiency power amplifier architecture with load-insensitive for wideband and multi-band RF transmitters in mobile terminals. Research on RF transmitter efficiency-enhancing technologies, including high-efficiency RF power converter architecture and new power device technology in wideband RF power amplifier applications. Research on high-performance and reconfigurable RFIC design for wideband RF FEM in mobile terminals. Challenge solving in technology development to ensure that the circuit design meets product requirements. Active participation in proposing, reviewing and evaluating innovative technical ideas. We seek an experienced 3GPP RAN1 delegate to work with the evolution of 5G and the emergence of 6G to join Huawei R&D in Lund, Sweden. You will be part of one of our Standards and Research teams, responsible for generating and evaluating innovative ideas for 5G and next-generation radio networks, as well as associated technologies and solutions. The team addresses 3GPP standardisation of current and future communication systems and is responsible for creating and driving Intellectual Property Rights and standardisation proposals. The team is also communicating standardisation activities and trends to other R&D teams and helps coordinate relevant research and development activities. Our research team cooperates with external partners, so you will explore potential University cooperation for emerging research concepts with potential for future radio access technologies. Since our research team covers multiple functional layers and workgroups, you will have the chance to master the complete system. The focus of research within this position is the physical layer and the functionality covered by 3GPP RAN1. We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Hardware Security Research Engineer to join Huawei´s security team in Aalborg, Denmark. In this role, you will act as a bridge between future-looking security research and practical technical implementation. Your primary mission is to provide deep insights into the evolving hardware security landscape, analyse emerging hardware security technologies, and build functional prototypes that push the boundaries of hardware-level protection. Core Responsibilities • Technical Trend Insight: Investigate and analyse cutting-edge hardware security trends and industry standards to identify emerging hardware security technologies. • Frontier Technology Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of emerging hardware security architectures, providing strategic recommendations for future product roadmaps. • Prototype Development: Design and develop proof-of-concept (PoC) prototypes to validate research findings or demonstrate novel security countermeasures. Minimum Qualifications (Base Requirements) • Core Hardware Security Experience: Experience in designing, developing, or evaluating hardware security technologies (such as Hardware Root of Trust, cryptographic engineering and evaluation, device supply chain validation, and side channel and fault injection analysis) is required. • Professional Fluency in English: Strong command of English as a working language, with the ability to communicate technical concepts fluently and author high-quality insight reports and technical analysis documents. Proficient in the Linux development environment, with demonstrated expertise in at least one of the following: • Software development (C/C++, Rust, or Python); • Hardware design (Verilog/VHDL) or PCB design and development; • Advanced algorithm implementation (Cryptography or AI).
