Du kommer att ansvara för att skapa och hantera användarvänlig och tydlig dokumentation för våra digitala tjänster och produkter, och kommer vara länken mellan våra utvecklare, kundcenter och slutanvändare. Nödvändiga färdigheter · Dokumenterad erfarenhet av tekniskt skrivande och content creation, samt förmåga att kommunicera komplex teknisk information på ett tydligt och enkelt sätt. · Samarbeta med utvecklare, designers och andra intressenter och leda arbetet för att säkerställa att innehåll och dokumentation är korrekt och användarvänligt. · Driva arbetet med att löpande planera, skapa och publicera content online och via supportkanaler för våra tekniska produkter och tjänster. · Vana att arbeta med publiceringsverktyg och webbgränssnitt för att skapa, uppdatera och hantera teknisk dokumentation. · Vana att arbeta med DevOps och Git för versionshantering och bearbetning av release notes. · Förståelse för webbstandarder och WCAG-riktlinjer. Meriterande färdigheter · Erfarenhet av UX och designprinciper för att validera och förbättra innehåll och dokumentation samt validera acceptanskrav. · Kunskap i video- och bildredigering, skärminspelningar och grafisk design för att skapa visuellt stödjande material. · Erfarenhet av verktyg som används för att skapa interaktiva eller dynamiska supportlösningar.
