We are seeking a skilled, creative, and driven External Communication Specialist to help us further strengthen TePe’s position and brand. In this role, you will be driving a variety of communication activities to reach out and engage with key opinion leaders, the dental community, the public and the media. You will plan, activate, and follow up on TePe’s global communication plan together with colleagues from the marketing team. When we organise or participate in external events you will be involved in crafting the messaging and communication from idea to execution in collaboration with our in-house creative agency and project team.The role involves cross-functional collaboration with different departments and subsidiaries within TePe.

You will be a member of the Marketing Department, reporting to the Communication Manager. The position is newly established, allowing you to form the role.

The role, in short:

Develop global PR material, articles and other relevant content for different channels
Lead communication projects and activities from idea to delivery.
Understand the digital landscape and how to communicate effectively.
Support internal stakeholders and our subsidiaries in creating external communication materials and activities.

Who are you?

We’re seeking a skilled communicator and strong collaborator with a business mindset who enjoys working in a dynamic environment. You are a doer with experience in successfully turning PR and communications plans and activities into action. You need strong and creative writing and presentation skills and know how to craft various external communications, including press releases, articles, and presentations.

Your necessary qualifications are:

Five years of experience working with external communication/PR in a corporate environment
Relevant post-secondary education
Proven track record of tailoring content for specific audiences
An understanding of messaging, positioning, and stakeholder needs.
Experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage but not a requirement.

Your networking and communication skills, both in Swedish and English, are excellent. You are used to coordinating and carrying out different project management tasks and take initiatives. As a colleague you are self-going, open-minded and creative. You can handle challenging issues or situations and are aware that change is constant.
