Vad du kan förvänta dig av tjänsten Som Avdelningsansvarig har du ansvar för varuhusets bilavdelning. Det betyder att du är ledningsgruppens förlängda arm ute i verksamheten. Ansvaret innebär att du ser till så att avdelningen alltid är trimmad, säljande och kundklar med välfyllda och inbjudande hyllor. Du skapar inspirerande säsongsexponeringar, kommer med förslag på vilka varor som passar för gavlarna och sambandsförsäljning. Ordning och reda är ett av våra värdeord och i den här rollen ser du till att skyltning och hänvisningar är tydliga och korrekta. Du ansvarar även för avdelningens inventering. En viktig del i din roll är att motivera och engagera dina kollegor samt dela med dig av dina kunskaper om avdelningens produkter. Tillsammans med kollegorna plockar du upp varor och coachar dem till att ge Biltemas kunder bästa tänkbara service. Du är en teamplayer som vädersätter ett nära samarbete med övriga avdelningsansvariga där du gärna utbyter idéer och erfarenheter. Vi ser gärna att du brinner lite extra för dina produktområden och värnar om en säker miljö för både kunder och kollegor. Tjänsten är en tillsvidareanställning som inleds med 6 månaders provanställning.  Vad vi förväntar oss av dig Vi söker dig som har jobbat i detaljhandeln under ett par år och som vill ta nästa steg inom försäljning. Du är en utpräglad servicemänniska som har kunden i fokus. Som person tycker du om att ta ansvar, initiativ och har sinne för försäljning. För dig är det en självklarhet att ge det lilla extra för att nå resultat. Du har dessutom öga för säljande exponeringar och effektiv varuplacering. Utmaningar motiverar dig och du trivs bra med ett högt arbetstempo där nya infallsvinklar eftersträvas. Det är viktigt att du har ett intresse för Biltemas sortiment och produktområden. Det kommer läggas stor vikt vid personlig lämplighet, du som ansvarig måste vara kommunikativ både på svenska och engelska och besitta en förmåga att förmedla målet och vägen dit till dina kollegor. Här ansvarar du för att driva, koordinera och realisera digitala initiativ som skapar värde i både produktion och administrativa funktioner. Rollen är operativ och bred, där du växlar mellan analys, koordinering, praktiskt genomförande och dialog med verksamheten, som en brygga mellan affär, IT och partners.
